The room was a little dated and had a musty smell to it, almost like it use to be a smoking room. Beds were hard. The bathroom and the sink area really could use an upgrade. It looked dirty and worn. Stains on the carpet. Room did not look like the pictures on the site either. Our room key didn't work and we had to go back and get switched to a different room. Ice machines were hard to find. The hotel is right next to Walmart which caused some noise at night but we didn't hear it in our room but the rooms facing it would have. We missed our turn into the hotel because it looked like a driveway where there were 2 tractor trailers parked. Not easily accessible.

Staff was pleasant. Close to Disney. Close to restaurants. There was daily house keeping.

1)They gave me a room so far from the reception that it was practically impossible to find and walk to. 2)I was checking in late at night and when I finally found the room I saw that there was no lock on the door. I had to sleep that night without a lock on the door. 3) The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and dirty and the toilet flush was not working 4)There are large mould spots in the toilet and it felt disgusting to use the washroom. 4)There was bugs in the bathroom and a big dead roach which they didn’t remove/clean for 4 days of my stay

We found Bugs near the bathroom door and room was not cleaned properly. 1) We found earlier guest flower on the bed 2) Dining chair was not good had some scars 3) entrance door had spider webs

I’d like to start off by saying I have tried very hard and have spent countless hours trying to resolve this issue before posting this review. We traveled to Orlando in February 7, 2024 for a tournament and had chosen this hotel as it was the closest one with availability to the field the event was being held. We had a late flight and arrived at the hotel between 11:30PM-12AM. I did let the hotel know we would be arriving late due to our flight. The photo of the building is not where our room was. We were sent around the building to an old motor lodge style hotel behind the building pictured. (We would later be told that we were placed there because we had chosen the cheapest option on booking.com .) Upon entering the room, we were met with a musty/moldy smell some of the other reviews have mentioned. Upon inspecting the room, we noticed something on the white tile. When we got closer, we realized it was a cockroach. My husband also noticed the mechanism for locking the door was not properly attached. The door opened directly to the parking lot. We immediately looked for another place to stay, packed up the car, and drove around to the front desk to check out around 12AM. We were offered another room and declined, we would never stay anywhere that has cockroaches. We were then told to reach out about being refunded the next morning. After emailing and calling, we were told we wouldn’t be charged. However, I needed to be refunded as I prepaid for the room and called them back to let them know a refund would be needed. After a week, I hadn’t received a refund so I reached out to the hotel and was told to contact booking. Booking advised the hotel hadn’t responded to their request for a refund. I had booking reach out again and was told the hotel would only refund three of the four nights. This was unacceptable. The hotel then said we were there for three hours and would not budge on offering a full refund.

There was urine all over our toilet. There shower head broke, fell off and hit me while I was in the shower. The room smelled bad. The property refused to issue a refund. All we were given was free breakfast.

the only thing is that we specifically asked for a fridge in our room and when we arrived it wasn't working. We did ask someone to take a look but nobody fixed it. On Saturday we asked again and then they provided us with a new one. This was great. thanks.
