Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Old property, not clean and some amenities showing broken/not working as laundry and arcade equipment. The connect door for double room had the lock broken and they fixed with us inside instead of changing the room. This was a bit disturbing taking part of my stay time as I had to be there and discussing explaining myself why I was not feeling safe with a broken door lock, this part was very disappointed!
Good location near to parks and restaurants/stores. Affordable prices for family and large groups.

Depending on the day staff might've been a little inattentive, we had some trouble with the hot water in the shower and they forgot to get it fixed.
The location is incomparably good since is so close to the parks and Disney Springs, and it's also close to restaurants and there's a Walmart right next to it.

I booked it thinking there is shuttles available every hour or so but its only 1 at 7am and back at 5pm something when the park opens at 9am???so really.. its not convenient and I felt its a trick.it would have been best if a 3rd party can provide it in most hotels such as vegas or a bus system to the top attractions that just loops around. Pillows gave me a headache.airconditioning is noisy.
The location was near the theme parks and plenty of options.

Nice, tall interior hotel at the entrance, but actual rooms are exterior door and no elevator, old motel. Tub had raised, sharp pieces, hair dryer was broken, towels were scratchy, and bed was uncomfortable. Music was blaring from outside, forget sleeping in.
Location was great. Walmart and Starbucks next door. Everything Disney not far. Nice activity area in middle courtyard.

The beds were kind of hard. If you have a room near the inner courtyard like I did (near the movies playing, pool, and billiards) it's very noisy. I went in January and the movie is loud every night and ends around 10pm. I could only imagine in summer with kids playing in the pool and the hotel at maximum capacity. Request a room not facing the courtyard and you should be okay. Rooms were clean.
The location to Disney was amazing. 5 minutes to Animal Kingdom. MAYBE 15 TO Magic Kingdom. Had a Starbucks and Walmart right next door.

The bathroom and shower/tub was a little dirty and outdated. Also they could make the Building letters more visible at night.
Nice giant facilities with friendly front desk staff. The online check in made it a lot easier and fast especially wanting to get to the room after a long day at the parks.

Room fixtures, especially plumbing, worn and needed to be updated or replaced. Bathroom lighting switch controlled both lavatory and toilet room, a problem if one has to use the toilet in the middle of the night without waking everyone else in the room. No power strips, only extension cords which may be a safety violation. Safety lock on door falling off the door rendering it useless. Shuttle to Disney offering completely useless as it was completely booked by the time we arrived.
Breakfast appeared to be ok, but dining room was crowded. We chose to go elsewhere. Rooms were clean, but just ok.( see below).

We had to shower on cold water for two days, the bed disassembled while I was sleeping and the water smells weird. Also the shuttle hours to the park are pretty bad. Why would I take a 7am shuttle to Universal if it opens at 9? Anyway

There was an issue with the hot water heater that they were working on fixing and they anticipated that it would be done at the latest by the second day we were there. They did provide us with a room to take a shower in after we requested that service, but they probably should have just put us in different rooms from the start. We also kept having issues with our door lock but they did fix it whenever the problem occurred.
The location and cost were the most important for us. They also accommodate pets which was perfect for traveling with our dogs.
