Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We could hear water running, thought it was our toilet, but it wasn't. Sounded like it was in the wall.
Location was great for walking the town of Moab. Only 10-15 minutes to Arches. Staff was helpful. Room was good, clean and fairly comfortable. Great diner across the street!

The outside could use an update, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff is only at the desk during check-in times, so if you need them before 3 pm, you're SOL.

There was a very noisy refrigerated truck parallel parked in the side street near our room that kept the engine running all night. Fortunately it was not there on our second night.
Great location, walking distance to restaurants and shops. The room was comfortable and clean.

One lamp was not working, coffee was supposed to be starting 7 in the lobby, they were late, past 7:15 and we couldn’t wait.

We are too old to climb those stairs. I do think I had asked for 1st floor in my reservation request.

During our 4 night stay nobody ever cleaned the room, took out the trash, made the bed, changed the towels or sheets. That's no big problem for us. We just made the beds in the morning before we left and we have no problem with using towels more than once. It's no 4 star hotel, but then you don't pay 4 star or even 3 star prices either.
Because of the bad reviews about cleanliness and bugs we almost cancelled. It turned out, the part of the motel we were in was freshly renovated and everything was almost new. The refrigerator didn't work, we let the reception know and when we came back in the afternoon it ran very cold. We asked for more coffee taps, no problem. The pool and hot tub were nice and warm. As far as we're concerned, almost everything was in A-1 condition. Good thing we didn't cancel. The night before we stayed in a different hotel for almost twice the price and it was not better than this one.

We started on the main floor and you could hear everything from the people above. We had people above us that were extremely loud at 6am. Sounded like elephants running back and forth and jumping off the bed and slamming doors. And our floor was dirty but staff was nice and moved us rooms the next day. The upper floor was much better and quieter. Our new room was super clean. I recommend an upper floor room.
The room was clean and bed was comfy. The pool and hot tub were a nice temperature. Convenient for walking around downtown. Loved the secure bike storage closet for when we didn’t want to load our bikes back I’m up in the car. Staff was accommodating and helped me get a room on top floor after a bad night with loud guests above us.

The heater did not work when I turned it on, and when I told the person working the desk, they did not seem to care. Thankfully it wasn’t too hot or cold when I was there!
