The continental breakfast was lacking, the eggs were rubbery and the fact that coffee wasn’t available all day like cheaper hotels that include breakfast.

The bedsheets could have been more comfortable. The free breakfast was not very appetizing but that was not that big of a deal. The whole building could use an update, the elevators were a little weird.

Loved the free shuttle that was offered. We also enjoyed how easy check in was. The room was clean and spacious in a great location less than 10 minutes from Universal Studios.

The room smelled a little funky each time we walked in, probably because you can cook in it but there's no cooking extraction. Breakfast was basic and the use of single use utensils and plates etc is alarming but I've seen it's pretty much a norm in Orlando

Room : Big enough for our group of 3 persons compare to most of hotel around this area that we can have space for open our luggages. Clean : Actually the room was clean when we check in, but as there was cleaning service every 3 days however we stay 4 nights but there was no room service or room cleaning while we stayed. We just hope that they will come to fill some amenities. Breakfast : Simple bread, apple, orange, milk, coffee, juice, pancake, waffle and one kind of egg Location : I think the location was so good, easy to go downtown, Universal or outlet by bus. The bus stop is just in front of the hotel that you can take the bus to/from Universal with 2$ Shuttle : there was free shuttle bus service 1 time in the morning to universal and 1 time back. The time might be too early and not flexible. I recommend to use the public bus to go to Universal Staff: Staff was good but I feel like there was not enough staffs to service especially when check in/ out time. Need to wait for long time

The coffee break is unsatisfactory and cups, spoons and plates are the camping kind, whats makes difficult manage several sorts of meals

A little bit grubby, especially the bathroom. Not all the facilities were available, so no comp drinks or snacks which we had paid for. No facilities or food other than breakfast available, not even a little shop. Very basic breakfast, but free!

Got us booked in when we couldn't get anywhere else. Let us check in early. Staff very friendly. Room a good size.

only downside was the breakfast. Didn't have many options and it was very crowded in the area as well. The beds were not very comfortable either. I'm use to pillow top mattresses so sleeping on a regular mattress is like sleeping on cardboard to me. Overall the room was clean and inviting.

I like that the hotel was on I drive close to a lot of different restaurants and gift shops all was within walking distance if that is your preference. Hotel clerk at the desk was very friendly during check in and check out. Hotel was very clean and welcoming. I had a great view of the city from my suite on the 8th floor.I will definitely be staying here again in the near future.

I was bumped from the room that I paid for. I paid for 2 Queen beds as we would be 5 people. They bumped me to two full beds without being told. When I went down I was told that since I got my reservation the day of that they couldn’t give me the room I bought. I did not purchase the room the day of so I don’t understand why I was bumped. We also had issues getting into our room as the keys did not work. I called booking.com to see if I could get reimbursed for the difference between prices of rooms and was helped kindly by John. But the hotel could not be reached by me or him to try to figure out this inconvenience. He informed me that booking.com would need confirmation from the hotel that was in fact the not the one I paid for to continue with reimbursement. I called the following morning & spoke to someone who told me that I was incorrect about the size of the bed that I had even though I know it was full & had it confirmed at the front desk the previous night. She then said that she would take my number to give me a call back to discuss this issue further & it has been two days & I have not received a call back & can not get on the phone with anyone when I call again. The hotel was fine as well as the amenities etc. Unfortunately, they are lacking in customer service and I probably will not stay here again as my issue was not resolved nor is there any process to do so.

I liked the close proximity to the theme parks I would be attending the following day. The room was nice & comfortable.

The couch in the sitting area was not comfortable and had a few stains and the carpet was in need of shampooing. Not sure if it is offered but I am a body wash person and was only given soap so has to purchase. The sound of the outside fan running all through the night was too loud.

Location was perfect. Was in town for Family Reunion which family was across the street so very convenient. The staff was fantastic friendly and very helpful.
