We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesI dislike one of the rooms we use because it’s looks like the last person who used the room smoked there before we got there and I will suggest that you demarcate a spot for smoking instead of people smoking in front of their rooms because there a lot of people who are allergic to smoking and might be affected just as it happened to me.
I like the quiet neighborhood and the reception. They also attended to my request.

United StatesSeems like this place must have been here for a long time. The buildings seemed tired and worn. The exterior grounds were not attractive. But the room was fine. Clean, comfortable. Everything worked OK. Comfortable bed. Quiet. If / when I go back to Plymouth, I will be happy to stay here again. Refrigerator, TV, WiFi all OK.

United StatesThe lights by the beds were controlled by only one switch. This made it impossible if one person wanted to read and the other to sleep. Please install individually controlled lamps as shown in your photo.
The manager was very courteous and helpful, and recommended a good Thai restaurant in town. He treated everyone well. We had a room in the back unit, with a nice view of fall trees from the window.

United StatesOutside of facilities was dated and in need of renovation. There appears to be long term rentals in some of the rooms and “cottages” with various items outside there rooms that gave the property a run down feel. A little creepy to be honest.
Guest room was modern, clean and furnishings were up to date. Owner operator very nice.
