Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThere is no wifi at all. The elevator doesn't work and there is no breakfast at all ( not even a cup of coffee). All of these things were falsely advertised. I am now in a la Quinta for a much cheaper cheaper price and good breakfast and wifi is very good. The red carpet inn sucks and they have some neck and balls to charge as much as they do.
Convenient to my location.

CanadaReally smelly, way too expensive for what you got, air filters clearly have never been changed, only one towel given, sink was leaking. Listing said wifi, there was no wifi. Was not horrible but was not at all worth $150 per night.

CanadaNothing like the pictures. Windows broken opened, curtains locked closed. Double bed, not Queen. No sheets! Only a thin raggy uncomfortable comforter with holes and stains. Matress and pillows awfully stained. No furniture. We were promised breakfast and wifi and they provide neither. We only stayed cuz we didn't have the time to search, find and move to another hotel.

United StatesWhile checking-in, stafff told me that its used as mission shelter and only 10 rooms are used for hotel. They dont provide any breakfast and internet. He said, if you decide not to stay, he will not charge me but at 11th hour I did not wanted to go for another adventure. I asked him to show me the room and room was clean but there were only two mattresses placed on top of the mattress box, not even a bed and just one side table, nothing else in the room. I asked if they have a room with chair and table as I need to do some work on laptop and he mentioned that this is the best room. I decided to take it but honestly it wasnt a hotel room. Room, bed and bathroom were very clean though.
Room was clean Bathroom was clean Staff was helpful Location was good, next to train station.

United StatesStarting with I was concerned for my safety, even though there was security inside on the lobby, there were people arguing really loud in one bedroom. Scary!!! Plus…One of the lights was removed from the ceiling, the tv had no remote control, one of the night stands had no drawer.
The photos need to be updated. The hotel looks NOTHING like the photos.

United States- The room had no smoke alarm, which is definitely illegal. - One lightbulb in the room actually worked. - One towel was provided for two people. - "Hot" water was marginally warmer than the cold water. - Food and drink are not permitted in rooms (WTF?) - Only furniture was two bedside tables, one of which was missing the drawer. - No soundproofing and loud noise in the hallway all night; I was unable to sleep for more than an hour or so at a stretch. - The advertised included breakfast does not exist. - Giant warning signs about PROSTITUTION NOT BEING PERMITTED, so they've probably got a lot of one-hour guests. - There is an un-signed shelter (Pamoja Employment Men's Shelter) being run out of the hotel, leading to a weird "security guard that doesn't work for the hotel" situation at the front, lots of people loitering outside, etc.
- The location is convenient. It's right off the Halsey L stop, which provides quick access to Manhattan, Bushwick, and Williamsburg. There are also several Citibike docks near by, which is great for getting around locally. - It was cheap.

United StatesThe room was unfinished. There were two double beds. One on the floor and it was dirty and the other on a platform frame that was too small. There was no desk, refrigerator, microwave, WiFi, or breakfast that was mentioned in the details. There was prostitution across the hall. The smoke detector was removed from the ceiling. A light dangling from the ceiling, and only 1 of the 5 lightbulbs worked in the bathroom.
I liked that it was close to the places we wanted to see
