Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThere were NO AMENITIES AVAILABLE: no pool, no hot tub, no breakfast, no coffee, NO RESTAURANT! NO BAR! And they didn't even knock the price down when I asked.
We love to stop in Pendleton...and the hotel location is nice.

They used COVID as an excuse to not serve breakfast or clean the room during a 3 night stay (my in-laws were at Motel 8 up the street and these things were provided to them at half the price). The bathroom had dry rot and mildew. The did not have a coffee maker in the room. There was a noisy dog and noisy workers that kept me awake. No water pressure in the shower. The toilet Made water running noise about every 15 minutes.

United StatesWe stayed twice 1 going to Seattle and then another night back. I said to my husband lets give them a chance one more time, but unfortunately similar experience even worse cause the bathrooms specially the commode smells urine like it was never cleaned... Linens looked dingy and were past its serviceable life, too thin holes on pillow cases. First night the bead linens were wrinkled up like they never changed them they're very thin and pillow cases were dingy white and have holes in them... The linens need to be replaced with new ones... And the house keeping people need to do their job...some older rooms smells musty, the view was okay....
