We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe bathroom had no toilet paper dispenser/holder, the toilet paper roll was just sitting on the sink counter, we feel that was very unhygienic. The light switches were extremely dirty. The microwave, fridge and furniture were old and showed lots of wear & tear. There was an unfinished closet where I'm assuming they had to get to the plumbing behind the wall. Overall, we felt like we had to disinfect everything before we touched anything.

Canadait wasn't clean. There were shady people there, I think people lived there. Our towels were never changed and we only had 2. I went with my son for a baseball tournament and stayed at the hotel were the team was staying because he felt more comfortable there.
There was no breakfast. Location the location was good.
