Old, decrepit, dirty common areas. It's on the side of a busy route and hard to walk anywhere.

Room size, no hair dryer, there was an ironing board but no iron, there was a coffee maker but no pot.

First off this is not a hotel. It's a motel. You access your room from the parking lot. The lobby is locked and doesn't lead to anywhere. The Air conditioner didn't keep the room cool. It seemed like it was on a timer and turned on and off randomly regardless of the set temperature. Spent most of the night awake due to being too warm. Room had an odd odor even tho it was a non smoking room it smelled like smoke was being masked with cleaner. There were loud people outside doing who knows what. It was an uncomfortable experience. Lucky for us we only needed to sleep there one night and checked out super early. For the price paid we could have spent a little more and went to a real classier hotel.

Story:: Coffee packs in room, but only decaf. No brewing machine. Went to office to get machine. Only one available was broken. Attendant promised to have his replacement bring one to the room at 7 am. Not there at 7. Went to office to get one. None available. Attendant knew nothing about it.

We asked 4 Non Smoking room bcause we have asma n using Nebulizer. The people around us smoked in their rooms n smell came into our room thru bathroom vent. I spoke in front desk n they would change our room n never did. Plus, I was tolded, no matter what room we went, we would still smell the cigarettes bcause people didn't respect n smoked in the rooms. I would say, there's NO Non Smoking rooms. The towels n bedspreads were almost all stained. Bathroom curtain alot of mildew.

The cigarette burns on the sheets. I feel a little pricey for what you get. The fact that they didnt have like a smart tv or firestick or roku. The television was basically pretty basic.

The location is a safe location. The ice machine worked. They had a washer and dryer if you wanted to do laundry. The bed was very comfortable

Well I was there for 2 weeks and only received toilet paper once and that’s because I went to the front desk and asked for it. My door got stuck and was hard to open and close, there wasn’t any hot water for 3 days, oh and not once did my room get serviced nor was I swapped out towels.

I was not aware that smoking was permitted in the rooms - at least mine smelled to high heaven when I moved in.

There are roaches. The rooms could be cleaner. The bathroom had a faulty flushing system. The shower curtain was very short so when you showered water went to the floor.

The first 2 rooms we were assigned to were filthy. The third room had broken furniture, but was at least moderately clean.

The front desk attendant was extremely helpful.

The front desk clerk was very nice & the room seemed to be newly renovated. The room was clean. They came around to give out fresh towel at 11am which is great except we worked all night.
