Internet was slow because you needed to be close to router but close was under it not working on desk. but other than that all was good and clean!

Updated nice private outdoor entrance. Clean helpfull staff. Let me check in early. Good bang for your buck. Thabk you for a great stay

You have to schedule them to clean your room, not a big deal, it was easy to do but I feel like they should at least empty the trash can everyday! Thare is plenty of bigger trash can sitting outside the hotel!

The chair in the room was not stable, one of wheel was broken so the chair was not well balanced and it will tilt to the side. There were times I would feel like I'm going to fall off the chair. I'm sensitive to smells and fragrance, so I didn't like it that the room smelled like cigarettes and smoke the whole time we were there. There was no ventilation in the room, so the smell got on my clothes, pillows, blankets, etc.

The staff were amazing and helpful prior to our stay and during the stay. My Mother in law wanted to share a room with my husband and I, so I called the front desk prior to our arrival. The front desk person was understanding and switched my room from a king bed to a double queen. I did have to work in the hotel room on Thursday and Friday and had asked the front desk if I can have an extra chair for my mother in law to sit during the day. He called the maintenance guy to bring an extra chair to the room for us.

No handicap availability. Could not use the restroom nor could I use the shower. I had to wheel a distance to get to a restroom that I could get into and at that it took another person and the maintenance guy to get me in. There was a 2 inch ledge going into the room that my wheelchair had to be maneuvered over. Through all of this the staff was wonderful!!! Then in the morning there were bugs crawling out of the vanity. We took a still photo and a video. That was the topper for making this a HORRIBLE experience. I am unable to share the video which really shed light on the bug situation

The room was filthy pubic hair on the toilet, TV didn't work, no hot water, tub looked like it was in the trash and they tried to clean it, cobwebs on the ceiling. Staff said I would receive a discount for dirty room then didn't give discount, full charge on bank account.

Had to check in at the hotel next store! the reservation was for 2 people but only had half a roll of toilet paper!!!! Also only a set of towels for 1 person! Hotel was not full, but we were put along the side of the room! Room was very cold when we arrived because the air conditioner was left on!

The whole 2 days the groups around me were nothing but trouble. Cops came 3 times and I consistently smelled Marijuana thru the whole building especially My room. I used to come to the Travellodgefor a great break and stayed at least 8 times a month. Haven't been back since this. They knew my complaints from the start and the manager had mentioned compensating me cause he knew I had every right to be disappointed. Never heard anything so no longer stay there. Wish keeping your word was as important as it used to be.
