United StatesCustomer service was not friendly or welcoming, due to a shift change, the associates sadly looked put off by my presence. Our room was dirty, also with no refrigerator or microwave and these amenities are pretty standard at Red Roof Inns since I stay at them all the time. Bathroom fan was very loud, and ceiling was damaged. I took a video but I cannot load it to this web site for some reason. Drawer handles were missing and there were papers left inside. When I went to the office to get sugar for coffee, I was abruptly told “no sugar per the owner, no more.” Very sad that homeless were abundant at this location and police were there to assist a young woman who was stranded, hurt, and/ or using drugs. You just will not feel safe at this location.
I chose this hotel due to the Mt. Laurel location.

United StatesThe hotel was filthy..from the bed to the carpet. The inside of the room door was dirty stained with food and sut. The window seal was packed with dirt and a mixture of mold. The heating system was not performing at its max. I rented 6 rooms for my church group and everyone of them deserve to be closed/shut down. A couple of the people with me slept in their clothes on top of the covers....
The location was close to where I was traveling to.

United StatesThe room#138 floor was dirty and ceiling in bathroom rm 138 was cracking and falling in and bathroom fan was Loud and seemed like it was scrapping something inside the cover. I also didn't like receptionist she was extremely slothful and had an attitude.Someone had been smoking at front desk in vestibule & I have asthma so I had to deal With asthma attack that night I checked in! Also I reserved a handicapped room With walk in shower but it was 'ot ready When I arrived. Receptionist didn't offer an explanation and didn't care if I booking in or not ,I had to find out that cleaning staff was short due to call outs so my room wasn't ready.
The bed was comfortable and clean the bath tub had a hand rail and toilet was the right height even though it wasn't the handicapped one I ordered. Cleaning staff was nice and helpful !

United StatesThe room was absolutely disgusting and it was filthy and had a horrible smell. The doors and walls were black and nasty. This motel looked to be the local spot for prostitutes and drug addicts. The heating vent was hanging off of the wall and appeared to be held up with a hanger.
I didn't like one single thing about this motel. The room didn't look anything like the pictures on the site. It's false advertisement.
