Room deodorizer was so strong, it made me cough and feel sick. The pool was not working. The bed was old, lumpy, and too soft. Bathroom tile was filthy and grout horrible. Shower water never got hot, only warm. Bathroom ceiling falling apart and had black mold. Curtain in bedroom falling off. Bath towels thin, and heavily stained. Bedroom window sill covered with grime and dead flies

Hotel location was easy access to freeway. Front desk staff was friendly.

When we went in our room, the sheets were dirty and the bathroom shower was not cleaned out. When I told the worker at the front desk he apologized and said he would reimburse me for part of my stay. When I went in the next morning to see if he had talked to a manager about my situation he said “I let housekeeping know that the room was dirty” nothing about a partial refund. This really pissed me off .

Oh my gosh where to start: Floors were so dirty needed to wear flip flops at all times. Should have changed/cancelled immediately. Will NEVER stay at motel 6 again-anywhere! Micah and maid provided towels and needs Sign in lobby regarding sex trafficking shoulda been the clue Was close to our destination we stay. Word to wise STAY AWAY!!!!

Everything could have better. So many things wrong. Had to wait outside for an half hour before I could check even though I had an expected check in time. Didn’t have hot water for shower. The room was filthy and smelt like vomit! The front door to the room didn’t close completely. It was a ver uncomfortable stay! There where gun shots going fired off at 3am this place looked like a a war zone

Upon arrival we were informed that the hotel had no heat so we were given an extra blanket. The front door didn't close unless you latched the security latch, window locks broken with no screens. The light fixtures were sitting on the chair, holes in the walls, bathroom door hinges broken so door didn't close shower head was broken so water sprayed everywhere, but we couldn't take a shower cause there was also no hot water. Getting ready to leave our room the next morning we were accompanied by cockroaches. By far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, all I could do was laugh at that point. It was 11 o'clock at night at check in so we just wanted to sleep and not worry about finding another hotel.

The front desk agent Josh was really professional and handled himself very well with all the guest complaints he was dealing with. Like no heat or hot water, rooms flooded and so on.

The hotel manager was just awesome. They have done a lot of work around there and I felt very safe and comfortable. They are very knowledgeable on amenities that are around reading I would definitely stay there again

Just sucks to not have a fridge, especially when traveling with a child who drinks bottles of milk at night, hard to keep milk cold.
