United StatesHad a nasty glob of hair and what looked to be rust or blood in the shower. Took photos showed the front desk manger. But they ready only could do is say they were sorry. The main concern was that night 15-20 cars had their windows smashed out and was rob. We were very fortunate not to have ours damaged but we were in between two cars that were smashed out. We just do not leave things in the car. One car was less than 50 feet from the front door. I am surprised that the Front desk clerk did not hear anything. I mean 10 cars were right up front of the hotel. I assume car alarms had to be going off. The clerk had to be sleeping. This is actually a nice area so super surprised to see this the next morning.

United StatesThere were some plain frustrating things, and some odd things. The Wi-Fi was not free, unless you made (or already had) a Marriott account, after which case it was very tricky to connect one's reservation to the account. The Wi-Fi quality was also tiered, which seems ridiculous to separate the quality like that when everyone is already paying higher prices for their room. The room fridge didn't have a freezer included, unlike all of the other (cheaper) hotels we had stayed at that week. The "premium" features like Wi-Fi etc. felt gimmicky and wildly unnecessary.
Everything was very clean! All smelled lovely and it was nice to have a hotel room with non-carpet flooring. The blinds were exceptionally good at blocking out the light. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

United StatesThere was human and looked like dog hair all the bed closet to the window. (609 was the room) There was something growing inside the the Crack of the blue night stand, with coffee or whatever splashed down the wall the blue night stand was on, and my son found a crumbled up napkin when trying to look out the window at the bottom of the bed. I paid $220 for that hotel I shouldn't have to pay for wifi nore should I have to pay a extra $50 "just incase" something breaks! Especially when the room wasn't cleaned properly.

United StatesThe breakfast service on Sunday morning October 9th, 2022. The waitress was aloof, curt, did not check on me and flat affected. Her placid attitude with me, would probably be a better fit at waffle house. I really don't need much but it would be nice if the waitress would check on me a kind demeanor since this is her job. I probably will not go back for this reason alone. This is not the first time she didn't seem agreeable to serve me. I still tipped 20 % because thats my values. However I will never allow her to take my order again. Also her disheveled appearance first thing in them morning was unprofessional. United StatesUpon arriving at my room there were drunk partiers going into the room next door. They were loud and spilling drinks as they went in. Once we opened our room door, we were greeted with the smell of excrement and mildew coming from the bathroom. We immediately went down to request a clean room. Two of the workers went up and said they didn't smell anything. We were told that there were no other rooms and that they could spray something scented in the room to take care of the smell. My husband told them that I am allergic to perfumes and scented sprays. We were told that there was nothing that they could do for us other than spray some type of perfume. They said we needed to talk to booking.com about a refund as they could not provide one. They spoke very condescending to us. Booking.com reached out them and neither the hotel or the website have been able to refund the nearly $300 my family spent on a room we never were able to stay in. We had to leave out and go to several nearby hotels in the middle of the night until we found someone who could accommodate us. We ended up paying for two hotel rooms. This is completely unfair!
