Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I wish they had hot chocolate added with the teas and coffee. Also, there was a woman cleaning the lounge who told me from across the room to give me my plate with my muffin on it. I wasn't finished eating it. I just felt like we were a nucinace to her.
I loved how welcoming and friendly the door man was and also the front desk. The room was clean and spacious. We had an amazing view of the city and LGA. It was cool to see the planes landing. The rooftop was amazing. I love that right next door was the entrance to the mall. Very convenient! it was my son's birthday he was very pleased with the hotel. We will be returning very soon.

More directions on the elevators. Which ones go to what floors. Bars and roof top close too early at 10pm. People want to enjoy the late night views awith a
Good breakfast and excellent location for attending the US Open tennis. Please don't go up on the prices. Beautiful fitness center and patio restaurant and bars.

I recently stayed at this hotel and encountered several issues that made my experience less than satisfactory. Parking: The parking situation was poor. I had to pay $38 per night for parking, which I found to be quite steep. Room Issues: The AC unit in my room was not working. Despite the engineer's efforts, it could not be fixed. When I initially requested an upgrade due to my elite status, I was told that the hotel was completely booked. However, once it became clear that the AC unit couldn't be repaired, multiple room options suddenly became available. This felt dishonest, as it seemed the hotel declined my earned upgrade out of greed but then offered options when faced with a maintenance issue. Additionally, the phone in the room was not functioning, forcing me to use my cell phone to contact the front desk about these problems. Dining Experience: The service at the steakhouse restaurant was subpar. It was evident that there was a staff shortage. Although the food was okay, everything else was a C-. The restaurant staff frequently passed our table without checking if we needed anything, and our drinks were served only after the food had already arrived. Overall, the combination of parking fees, room issues, and disappointing service at the restaurant made for a less than ideal stay.

I liked everything about this hotel
Nice, clean room with a really comfortable bed. The airport shuttle to/from LGA was very convenient. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

Loved absolutely everything, from the room to the club lounge, and the restaurant. Everything was top notch including the free breakfast which was excellent. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating

We got a room on the 11th floor which is the same level as the Lounge. We loved how accessible it was to the Lounge, but some guests talked really loudly and didn’t respect that it was 6 am while walking to the Lounge. Not the fault of the hotel, just something to note.
Beautifully designed hotel with functional room features like hooks to hang up towels and clothes, and a curtain separating the bathroom area and the bed. The toilet and shower are separate, which is similar to how a lot of hotels are designed in Asia. The hotel is located above a mall, with lots of food options like a delicious hot pot place and Kura revolving sushi. Also have bubble tea and a food court for other options. Close to Che Li, a NY Times highly rated Chinese restaurant which I recommend booking in advance.

The bar closes too early.
The convenience and comfort. The location is close to the Mets stadium but far away from other more touristy spots.
