We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe parking is sparse on a full night - people were parked in the front of the hotel on the sidewalk/near the entry. Would not have been a great situation if I was by myself. Thankfully I was traveling with my husband and he parked the car. The parking lot is well lit, but divided and there are a lot of bushes that block line of sight. The staff could have been a bit more friendly. The room was still good and met our needs.
The hotel was convenient for our purposes, clean, and had the space we needed.

I love the size of the room, and the view was spectacular. There's plenty of parking. Breakfast was good. The mini waffles were my favorite! As far as the room went the bed was spacious and comfortable. I also liked the kitchenette that had the full fridge, dishes, coffee maker and dishwasher. I would've loved to stay longer.

United StatesI wish there were rooms with two beds the couch was very uncomfortable for my son and pull out was worse. Check-in took about 5 minutes even with reservations. A bit too long and the elevators were having issues. The hotel could use some updates.
The price was very competitive, the staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean

The Location and staff are excellent. "Mr.CRAY" at the front desk was extremely accommodating with providing us topnotch service and taking care of all the request made during our stay. From checking us in to giving us a room with the best view. The location is prefect and right across the domain area where you could just walk to. The room was clean and well equipped . The housekeeping did a great job at cleaning on request. The only miss was the height of the bed. For a short person it's big...! Overall We were happy and defiantly will back again.
