Ocean Front room = 215 is no view of the ocean at all and contradicts the booking. This flaw was not clear until i checked in and was in the room. I have been to the Resort on Cocoa Beach 6 plus times and this is a disappointing result. This should be disclosed when the rental was booked.

Beds were very firm and didnt sleep well. odd layout due to pool area and fencing.

Nice property. Nice pool and beach access. Plenty of room in unit. More walking than necessary due to metal fencing around pool areas and too many parking spots reserved for restaurunt patrons. Music was very good in common areas.

I did not like that the daily entertainment cost extra. All the resorts I have stayed in did not charge for daily entertainment.

Our booking stated in room details and in room photos that we booked an ocean front view. We did not receive what we booked and that was disappointing. Resort staff could not do anything about it and was equally surprised of what I showed them to back up my claim. “This is a marketing problem” we were told. Information about room details should at minimum include obstructed view; as there was none from our room. Additionally, fun to overlook garbage bins and parking lot.

My ocean front room had no view of the ocean whatsoever, because trees blocked the view. I should not have been charged for an ocean front room, since there was no view. The staff said that there were no other ocean front or ocean view rooms available.

The place was okay, the room though looks bigger and nicer on the picture but the actual room they tried giving us didn’t look anywhere close to what we booked. I booked for something with a partial view of the sea as this is our first time going on vacation with our new baby but the Manager whose name I believe is Mike or Michael said he CANNOT give us the room I paid for. I didn’t see any effort on his end to even try to get us to stay and try to find a room that we actually paid for. He just offered to refund our money. I was a manager at one point and how he treated me and my family after driving for 9+ hours with a baby is definitely not how a manager should treat a paying guest. We asked for a room that we paid for and nothing more but all he could tell us is No, I cannot give you another room. He initially gave us a room with no view of the sea but a some kind of construction and a room that didn’t even look like the one I paid for.

When booked, was under the impression there was going to be an ocean view. I even paid more to stay in the oceanfront suites. All I had a view of was the palm trees. When I asked the front desk about it, all I was told is because it is a timeshare resort, I booked my stay during the week, and I also booked online that I wasn't able to get the commodities that I paid for.

We rented an oceanfront room which it was….only the view from the second floor was only scrub palm bushes. No ocean view at all.

It was not oceanview after I paid for oceanview. The room was on 2nd floor with a blocked view and door to beach walkway slamming shut all the time.

The ‘security’ Dave. He harassed my 13yo son every single time he saw him. My son would be playing basketball or at the pool and this Dave guy would yell at him to pull his shorts up, that nobody wants to see his ass. (Literally maybe an inch of the top of his boxers would be showing above his swimming shorts) Then Dave decided to confront my husband about this. My husband showed him that our son’s ass was 100% covered and it was only a tiny part of his boxers showing. So Dave then starts saying this is a family resort and his boxers can’t show at all.. AFTER Dave talked to my son AND my husband, he decided to confront me. I was like sir, there are ladies with thongs with their literal entire ass out, why is that ok?! (Not that thongs bother me in the least-it’s the FACT and double standard that annoyed me!) Oh, It gets better… AFTER Dave confronted me, my husband is not happy so he went to the front desk to ask for a manager bc this harassment was embarrassing and absolutely unacceptable. Dave then proceeded to say the GM, Sandy told him to tell us to pack up and leave. We asked to speak to GM and he refused to give us her information and then proceeded to tell us he was calling the police!! BC my 13 yo had boxers showing?? He said my son was defiant. My son was never once disrespectful (& the staff who witnessed this completely agreed with us and said our son caused zero issues and was very respectful). This happened in front of other staff and guests and was quite embarrassing and inappropriate. This morning I had a conversation with the GM, Sandy and she was very apologetic and was not happy with the way Dave handled the ‘situation’. I am very thankful for Desiree, Michael and Sandy! But this Dave guy humiliated our son and our family and had zero ounce of professionalism. He just wanted to prove he was ‘boss’.

Desiree and Michael at the front desk are super friendly and helpful and kind.

The room was very disappointing as we had zero view with an ocean front room on the 2nd floor. We saw nothing but trees. This was very upsetting as last year i booked the same way and had a beautiful oceanfront room on the 5th floor with a spectacular view. My husband and older son were able to come with us this year and didn't get the same experience that I and my younger son did last year. The 2nd bedroom is also really small considering how much space is wasted in the master bedroom. The pool area was ok but pretty small to accommodate this resort and it was annoying that security interrupted you to ask if you were going to use a table you designated for your family while you laid in a lounger. The family was enjoying the outdoor spaces like the courts, pool, etc. yet I was being asked about the use of the patio furniture. Like we couldn't leave the chairs if we were going to be out there.

We enjoyed the tennis and basketball courts as well as having a full kitchen in the villa. It was nice to have the extra bed/pull out sofa which could be used in lieu of a twin bed for my big teen boys. Also love having the washer/dryer available. It was also nice to be able to obtain bags of ice from the front desk.

Children not allowed in hot tub with an adult. Mattresses were uncomfortable. Requires a lot of cleaning by guests for the price of the room. The pool did not feel heated. Maintenance/security when asked said it was 80degrees. It absolutely was not 80 degrees and he did not have a thermometer to prove it. Many people were very frustrated with that lie.

Very clean and comfortable! Colors and decor were spot on! Front desk staff was very helpful and approachable. Sports equipment and beach equipment was greatly appreciated! The lady selling the shirts at the desk was so welcoming!

Paid a lot of money for an ocean view unit and even sent the property a request to ensure we had a good view in celebrating my wife’s birthday and retirement. I rented a two bedroom unit wanting the extra space and I received a unit that only had a view of tree tops. We I want to the front desk after seeing the room voicing my utter disappointment they could care less and rather joking around with the other employees working the reservation desk. When asked why am I paying this rate for a tree top view I was told to take it up with booking.com which was another waste of time! Save your money and go elsewhere!

Clean unit however only one elevator worked with other construction going on.

Our flights were canceled twice and we had to rebook flights so we missed one night of our stay. It would’ve been awesome if they didn’t charge us for that night

Security !!!!!!!

Guards constantly watching everything you do. I felt like I was a criminal. I understand wanting to watch property but they take it to the next level and follow you let's just say as a grown woman I was creeper out I didn't want to leave my room.

Security guard Pete seems a little racist in who he picks on. He walked past me several times without saying a word but would go up to my children (in their 30’s) and question where their bands were, where were they parked, did they have glass containers etc. Do your rounds but don’t be a jerk. We were not loud or obnoxious so not sure what that was all about.
