Met the grounds keeper when we arrived who told us all the local sites to see, which we enjoyed. The house is wonderful and the the room was large and comfortable. Would stay again.

the sprig of cotton as part of decoration. Not a good vibe. Doesn't fit the region, either.

Awesome room! Clawfoot tub! Very clean, well organized, welcoming space. Beautiful garden, lovely neighborhood. Excellent linens and supplies. Very well stocked kitchen. Spotless. Highly recommend!

The only thing we have ever found irritating is that if you walk out of your room at the far end of the second floor, there is a bright light that comes on which feels like 1,000,000 W and that is not good for going back to sleep.

Even though we have frequently gotten a shared bathroom room, we have never run into anybody using the bathroom, other than ourselves. We also love the immaculate kitchen, a wonderful place to eat whatever you consider a healthy breakfast and make your own coffee if you don’t want to use theirs.

I came on foot from the Amtrak train station and it was dark and I had to walk through some areas in which I did not feel very safe as they were dark, no people around except homeless, and it was not a pleasant walk mostly on a busy road with only car traffic. I mapped it out on google and it said it was a mile from train station and in a very nice neighborhood. Most of the neighborhood that I had to walk through to get there was not very nice and too deserted for my comfort. It is a residential neighborhood and much more suited to travelers with cars.

Very comfortable rooms with a very comfortable bed. Excellent community area downstairs and very nice and clean kitchen. Bathrooms well stocked and very clean. Overall a great place to stay. Near a foot and bike path that connected you to downtown and a strip mall and cinema.

I was excited to take a bath in the clawfoot tub, but the water never got hot and the drain stop wasn’t sealing, so no bath. My biggest concern was the blinds in the bathroom. They have gaps on the side that I couldn’t adjust to make sure no one could see in. They face the street too. I had to do everything in the dark.

I enjoyed the Farm Room as it has its own bathroom. I think the best thing was the mattress! Very comfortable and they provided extra blankets.

Beautiful inn stay in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to ample night life.

The farmhouse bedroom we stayed in had squeaky floors that were distracting and loud for your partner if you had to get up at night, but really not a negative. The whole house is a renovated farm house so some squeaky floors come with the territory. Just be aware that's the case if you're thinking about reserving a room.

A wonderful little inn located on a quiet street within easy walking distance to parks, breweries, and lots of night life in the Whiteaker neighborhood of Eugene. Immensely enjoyed our weekend stay here, other house guests were quiet and courteous and respectful of the quiet hours. Our room was bright thanks to the lovely large windows in front of the house, but sleep masks and ear plugs are provided if you're a light sleeper. For women who are traveling, this property is especially attentive when it comes to feminine hygiene products. We appreciated the extra detail in making sure those were available in a just in case situation. The spacious patio was great for lunch and the on-site parking is both private and spacious—you can park a compact (no trucks) car within one of four designated spots in the inn's driveway, or utilize the ample street parking that is available.

Some type of guest list would have been nice, just to know what other rooms were being occupied/what to expect in the shared spaces.

Property was so clean and well kept, the surrounding area/location was perfect, and the staff/ownership were incredibly accommodating.

We love everything about Riverpath Inn and we stay here frequently when we come to visit our grandchildren. It always feels clean and serene. Bedding is super comfortable. The kitchen is always sparkling, organized and well stocked with dishes and devices; there's room in the refrigerator for our foods. I know there are other people staying here and we love meeting them when we run into them, but often we feel we have the house to ourselves. The guests we do meet are usually repeat customers, a testimony to how at home we all feel. Whitaker neighborhood is very interesting with small, unique businesses and walkable to the busy River Valley mall while still feeling miles and miles from hustle and bustle.
