Location was good. Free parking. 2 bedroom suite with pocket door between rooms. When li key door closed, one room with outside door to balcony and other room with bathroom and outside door to hallway. Good value. No carpet on floors. Lots of drawers. Balcony is shared with unit next door. River is in the back of building and parkway is in the front of building.

nothing really. the outside could use a little updating, but don’t let that fool you, the inside smelled great and the room was great! all I could ever ask for.

Some new renovations, clean rooms and walking distance to the trolley station. The rooms were clean and the staff were incredibly friendly! We have stayed here a number of times now and each time the stay was wonderful!

There is a large crack under the door where the door is short and the floor is down so it was easier to hear the doors slamming, ice maker, noises, etc.

I liked that they have remodeled the rooms and gotten rid of the old carpet. The bed was super comfy. Room appeared to be clean. Free pancake breakfast across the street with ability to upgrade to buffet for $5 - super yummy.

The ONLY complaint I have is there were not extra towels for jacuzzi tub. there were only 4 large towels to go between the bathroom and the jacuzzi tub (there were however plenty of hand towels and washcloths). An extra 2 towels would’ve been nice; however, this is not a deal breaker at all by any means.

the in room jacuzzi is the best and so spacious. My husband and I last stayed at the property in April 2022 for our 10 year anniversary in the same room (king suite with spa tub) and we loved everything, just wished we could’ve used the fireplace; however, due to the time of year we were not able too. This time in 10/2022 we are able to and it was so nice! The fireplace actually puts off some heat! As mentioned earlier, this was our 2nd stay and both times staff was able to allow us to check in early given the same room was available on a different floor; well aware this may not always be possible though. The rooms are clean as well as the bathroom. Will certainly continue to return here in the future. Great place for a couples getaway to relax. Added bonus: both times my husband and I had several meals ordered by DoorDash; all meals were delivered to our room door with no difficulties.

The room was nice and clean. The pool was nice and great for swimming. The breakfast vouchers for Regan's house of pancakes were nice and it was a great restaurant. I plan on staying here again.

Only one elevator. Heat/ac in one end of suite, but it did keep all of suite comfortable, just slight temp difference.

I enjoy the 2 bedroom suite, and balcony is nice to look at “the strip”.

Short walk to the park where you can get the trolley to dollywood and around town. Close to plenty of stores and restaurants too. But quiet.

No complaints except the bed was a little stiff but that’s a personal opinion.

We love the 2 bedroom suites. Not many hotels offer that option and it’s perfect for privacy for families and couples traveling together. The parking was convenient and close. The breakfast voucher was a great deal also. Staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Not much actually. It just needs a few upgrades since it’s an older building .And they just need to to upgrade their pillows. Very thin and not very comfy.
