This was confirmed as available. When we arrived, we were told they could not do this even though I had booked two months earlier with this request. The woman at the front desk was not very helpful and a little rude about it when asked. The room that connected with ours had a couple in it for one night which was Saturday night. We stayed from Friday to Monday. My parents are elderly and would have liked had an explanation rather than attitude from the front desk lady who was there on 10/11/24 around 330pm.
Close to everything we like. Stayed here for the last five years either a weekend or through the week.

Great location for visiting Dollywood and restaurants near by. The hotel gives you a voucher for breakfast at Raegan’s and the food is amazing!

The staff was courteous and the establishment was clean. I particularly appreciated the layout of the split bedrooms with the bathroom in between, which is a thoughtful design. The balcony overlooking the river was a pleasant addition. I also appreciated the coupons provided for the pancake restaurant across the street. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in cleaning the room. I would highly recommend this establishment to my family and friends.
