We were happy with everything in general, location, staff, premises, customer service. Only the WiFi signal in the room was not good but it worked fine downstairs in the cafeteria, other than that, this is a nice place to stay. I will definitely recommend it. Thank you!

The room was a little smaller than I would have liked .. they did not offer breakfast .

The only problem was that there was no coffee early in the morning, not in the room nor in the lobby. If you are a coffee addict like I am, and are jet lagged like I was, bring you own coffee.

The location is excellent, the staff is very helpful and friendly, the room was small but very clean.

Room very small, fine for us as we were out all day but could bother some. Plugs stopped working for a day randomly, told reception and it was sorted by the time we got back

The rooms are a bit small and beds are not really suitable for people who are 6ft tall or so. However, the space is managed in a smart way.

Cool location (close to the metro, lots of green and restaurants of all kinds around), clean rooms, and amazing staff :)

Lack of basic amenities like a coffee machine, tub and microwave made the stay a bit uncomfortable.

The staff were gracious. The location was stellar. Next to Riverside drive in the beautiful upper west side.

No coffee maker in room but I understand it is a compact city and space is limited. Other than that 10/10

I absolutely am raving about this little place! Especially the pricing and friendliness of the staff! They accommodated my every need and were very understanding! Next time I am in the NYC I'm going straight here!

The room is small. But it is good value given the location and its cleanliness and comfort.

The location is superb, next to Riverside historical district, full of the charm of the Upper West Side. It is also very close to train station 1,2,3. Overall, the location and the vibrant community makes it a good stay

The rooms are very small but arranged in a very practical way. The staff are friendly and supportive. We had an issue with our reservation and Miguel was very keen on helping us rearrange things in the best of ways, we are very thankful for his help

A bigger room.

I love the cleanliness of the hotel, the location, the kindness of the staff. The room I was staying in was a bit small , then again it’s New York. I will definitely come back next time I am in town. I recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Room was small and no closet space.

Interesting location with river view in some rooms. Bed was very comfortable and room very clean, soundproof and peaceful. Unbeatable price. Friendly and helpful staff. Lobby level dining room convenient and free coffee a bonus.

The room was small; it was the width of the bed. But it was very well laid out and clean and well maintained: still appeared to be relatively new and opulent. The mattress was firm, and the pillows were soft. And the window had a beautiful view over the park towards the river.
