Well could not bolt the door are lock it the first room had some one living there the had no breakfast it said pool on Google but they closed it down

The curtain did not block out the light from outside. The curtain was torn. There were marks in the wall, like gouged areas. Staff were slow at check in time. They said the system was giving trouble and they would put our credit card number through later.

I reserved the hotel based on the it having a pool/hot tub and a continental breakfast available. Upon arrival, we discovered that the pool area was not open and there was various construction items stored in there. At the check-in counter there was a sign stating that breakfast was not available.

The room size was top of the line with plenty of space to spare which was beneficial since we had a short-notice add-on of a dog. The receptionist when we arrived was helpful in getting everything squared away quickly as we arrived at 130am. Additionally, I had accidentally booked 2 rooms and he was able to correct the error.

Parking lot is terrible; tight, crumbling, dirty. Area looks sketchy. Garbage in alley outside our window provided a less than desirable view.

Location was really convenient for me. Room was nice enough for a good night sleep.

Room was dirty, curtains were old and hanging off the rod, pillows were flat, bed was uncomfortable, shower curtain was nasty, walls were dirty, carpet was dirty, all then furniture was old out dated and broken, front desk guy (possibly the owner) was not friendly didnt speak a word to me except for my dog fee and room number. Not worth the price we had to pay! I'd rather stay in my vehicle!

The dead bolt on my door didn't work I didn't feel safe Someone's dog in the room next to mine started barking early in the morning and didn't stop for hours It was advertised online there was a pool and hot tub when I got there there was a sign saying no there wasn't

How is this place functioning for the public. Honestly it’s a bug infested hole. Parking lot is shady with someone and a burn bin in the corner . People smoking dope in the cars and shouting at the others. The check in guy I have to call from the back room using the phone in the front. There are cans of pesticide in the front. Guy come out takes ure money gives u keys and goes back in to sleep or something .. The room is badly lit.. sheets were questionable to put lightly .. pillows are from someone’s couch.. I wrapped my tshirts on them was degraded .. microwave had cockroaches in it.. which btw cockroaches everywhere .. the tub had no plug so bugs came out of it tub was peeling ..shower head was rusted .. and the grand finale door was broken in half no jokes.. carpets were worn:.. and I literally overheard a woman at the checkin asking if she will be safe to the reception … Booking.com needs to remove this listing to keep standards

The smell. The carpets need shampooing. Bedding probably needs washing. There was a strong body odour smell that never went away. Even our dog didn’t want to be in there. Considering that was the only room available under $500 in Fargo during the pink concert weekend. We still wished we would have dragged our clean camper to Fargo instead. Even if we would have spent the weekend in the Walmart parking lot.

Upon entering the property, the parking lot was a disaster of trucks, trailers, cars, motorcycles, random equipment - nothing parked in a straight line. The trailers werent even attached to vehicles and had clearly been there for a long period of time. Looked like a junk yard. Broken glass at the entry. No parking available. Had to press a phone locator and waited for staff for quite some time. The pool area... I don't even know what was going on in there. Tools, equipment, bicycles, green water... I'm not even sure if it was open or not but I wouldn't let my dog in that water let alone my children. The smell of the building was absolutely disgusting. The room had an entire other deathly smell. I've never felt more unsafe, and dirty, and afraid to even leave my room, as we did in this motel.

We booked this only because it was close to the fairgrounds.
