Carpets and bathroom floors very dirty. Also, almost all of the utensils in the kitchen were gone !

Breakfast was Excellent. You could add a greater variety of fruits, like grapes or cantaloupe. Otherwise, very happy !

Room service didn't pick up / exchange used towels and trash so had to call after hours to have this done. Bath tubs were very slippery and caused my wife to injure herself when she lost her footing. Was only given a bath mat after complaining about the incident. She was in discomfort and not able to enjoy remainder of stay.

Rooms were exceptional ! Felt more like a well furnished apartment than a hotel room. Could have accommodated up to six/seven people comfortably. Breakfast was well prepared and a well planned variety to suit anyone's cravings. Heated pool and hot tub were very nice.

The housekeeping needs to clean the units more in the hallways has a-lot of water leak and that’s dangerous for guest

Heated pool isn’t neccisary. The air conditioner in the master didn’t always work.

The pool was large. The bar by the pool was awesome. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The location is awesome. Walking distance to Old town, Fun sport, Food truck and restaurants. 7-eleven outside the doors. Not as good standard as I am used to in Norway, but ok. A bit dirty carpet, and a few bugs. Simple, but good enough breakfast. Staff was very good. Pool was ok. Not much to complain about. But it is not a luxury resort. Good value for money, as long as your trip is not about staying in the hotel area too much.

The breakfast was meh but there were hot items which was a huge plus. The room itself needed updating. There was rust in the bathroom that could be addressed. The ceiling in the bathroom leaked. It looked like they were trying to address the issue though.

The pool area, including a hot tub, was really nice. The room looked quite clean. Room was fairly quiet since the door opened to the courtyard. (We were on the 3rd floor.) The desk clerk at check out was wonderful. My daughter had an accident the last morning and he handled it really well.

the bus shuttle times could be better.. and one of the elevators was not working, so we had to walk a lot... but overall, the hotel is really good for the price.

The room was quite spacious and clean, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sofabed and a complete kitchen. The swimming pool was great, being opened till 10PM and the breakfast was better than I imagined before. 2 options of juices, hot food, at least 3 different bread and 3 different coffes.. and other itens.. we really enjoyed it!

Some of the lighting wasn't that good.

Ideal as a base to explore theme parks and other locations around Orlando. Ideal for a family with plenty of room. Good Breakfasts in the morning, although at times a bit crowded.

Tikki bar didnt have ingredients for a drink one night. Price of wings over priced. Room had a few things that needed fix. Wall wise. On corners. Nothing major.

Staff was friendly, helpful to our needs. Front desk ladies, very nice. Hotel facilities good! Loved the pillow, small kitchen, bbq and pool facilities.
