The location is perfect and wonderful to see such beautiful wildlife right outside your room door. Staff were so helpful and accomodating. We will stay here again!

I loved all the little extras they offered - tea, coffee in the lobby, free breakfast, hot tub, sauna, free shuttle. The staff was amazing. The cabins were so cozy. Bedding was so soft. And the nature walk was so nice. Bonus point for a great location!

There was a driver that shuttled us to town one evening that didn't speak good English but spoke enough to understand and I didn't catch his name but he was not friendly at all. He spoke English when he wanted to be short with us and seemed frustrated to take us to town. When I got out of the golf cart door and tried to close it he grabbed it from the inside and stopped the door as if he didn't want me to close it. I felt it push back on me when I got out of the back seat where he pushed it back from the driver seat. We had a Driver the night before who ran the front desk and helped us and he was awesome. All of the staff was great except for that one driver one evening. He may have just been having a bad night but didn't seem near as friendly as the rest of the staff.

Breakfast was more than we expected and staff was very nice for breakfast. The rooms were cozy and convenient to every thing. The fire pits and heated pool were nice . We enjoyed the bar in the evenings and the bar staff was great. The check in staff was awesome. We had a great time!!

Facilities are a bit dated. Rm 171 - carpeting frayed and worn with staining from door to 8’ inside the room. Furniture banged up/scratched. I love this place and its property on the creek. Ambiance is wonderful but expect more at the price point.

Location - walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Also, easy in/out of town to Teton/yellowstone.

Would have liked a little more variation for breakfast and dinner menu in Bistro.

Loved the cabins. Bathrooms and toiletries awesome. Very clean. Great house cleaning staff. Property beautiful. Breakfast staff very nice hardwordworking. Bar and bistro very nice. We enjoyed drinks and dinner there a couple of times. Shuttle to downtown very convenient.

The spa is small and doesn't really have a nice jacuzzi and was difficult to find and not the type of spa where you want to spend a lot of time after your treatment is complete.

The staff was so attentive and friendly. The beds were very comfortable. The room was quiet and dark so I slept well. The property is far enough from the road, town square to be tranquil but close enough to be convenient, the bon fires and creek were. great hangout day and night.

The bus tours. We would’ve appreciated knowing that our 2nd morning for breakfast was so grossly over crowded because there were 3 buses full of people getting breakfast at same time as us. We had to sit downstairs at a coffee table with food on our lap. We were so disappointed and kind of put a damper on our very positive stay up to that point. Maybe there should be some sort of reservation / limit to deal with everyone coming at once. Also, while away from the inn, I got a call to move my car for the buses. The message didn’t ask, they told me I needed to move my car which was parked legally. I called back and told them we were not coming back to move the car and they would need to figure something else.

Fitness facility, breakfast included, location-easy walk to town, bar, nature walk with fire pits was amazing

Location was convenient to town & restaurants, and a straight shot to the park & other roads. Breakfast included a variety of choices. Hot food was well cooked and tasty. Room was beautiful and comfortable. We had a problem with the tv. Staff promptly responded, and stuck with it until they fixed it. Beautiful grounds.

I wish we could have stayed more than one night! It was such a comfortable place to end our trip before going back home. The rooms are so comfortable and the bed was wonderful. I loved getting to walk around the property at night and everything was lit up nicely.

buffet breakfast had many choices of hot and cold food. The room had a wonderful protected porch to sit outside. Many places within the facility to wander and sit. It's location is within town... although we did drive to our destinations around town. There is a free shuttle service that the resort provides. We used the shuttle service to get to our dinner reservations. The rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. Firepits on the property. Coming back!
