3 issues 1. Romanian driver- we asked him how his day was going and he said “I’m very busy” in a tone that made us feel like we were a burden to his day. He also had a foul odor (Europeans may not bathe everyday but he needs to because the smell is offensive) 2. The spa was very over priced. It included a 20% tip which I completely disagree with. And then left a line for additional tip. I always tip 20% but 15% is standard and I feel that adding 20% for themselves is bad business practices. 3. Hot tubes were not hot enough

It was unique and a great location to downtown. The spa onsite was very nice and convenient. The breakfast was amazing and the helpers were great. Office staff was very accommodating to our needs with trips and excursions. The heater in the bathroom was so nice after a cold day on a rafting trip. (Heated floors would be a nice touch )

Breakfast was poor quality. Eggs seemed like powdered eggs and hash browns from the frozen food section of the local supermarket. Restaurant food was "so-so".

Pillows too soft and not supportive. That is honestly the only thing negative I have.

Amazing resort. Rooms super clean! Love that there was a heater in the ceiling right when you got out of the shower so you weren't cold. Free breakfast was amazing. Staff were super helpful and going out of their way to help you. The staff emailed and texted prior to arrival to see if there was anything they could do for our stay such as book trips. I highly recommend this place.

They were doing maintenance on the parking lot at the time so it was somewhat dirty and gravel and lots of places all in all they’re taking care of their property very well.

Your property was very inviting provided great breakfast every morning any services that you could imagine they would try to accommodate you. They had a nice bar pool and sauna.

Nothing....everything met our expectations.

It is a beautiful property! The bed was super comfortable and the cabin was cleaned for us daily. The breakfast buffet included with our stay was excellent.

The main reason why I choose this hotel was because of the view that seemed to be beautiful in the photos. I know that spring there is off season and they take the opportunity to do some repairs at the hotel, but I was very disappointed that they put us in a room with no view at all, only a wall. They have some cabins at the same range near the lake and when I ask to move there, they said it wasn’t possible because they were closed but in the next day we saw that there was a couple staying there in cabin 137 which was empty before. Also the hot tub wasn’t clean.

The only thing was an abundance of geese poop everywhere but I guess it comes with the territory.

The location and the hotel surroundings were tranquil. Everything there was wonderful. The cabin the view the service and the breakfast was excellent.

In our first room (we were moved due to concrete work), the window blinds were extremely dusty and caused an allergic reaction of sneezing and congestion. Once moved to a different room those blinds were clean but there was dust on the valance curtains that would fly off every time we moved it to access the restroom/shower. Just some additional dusting or dust busting minivacuums on curtains/blinds is needed.

For the price I paid, i expected more variety for breakfast.

The view is great. Exactly what i was looking for. The staffs are very helpful and responsive. The outdoor pool is great. The room is spacious and clean. Amenity also excelent!

The only issue we had was the 1st night we went to the bar to have a drink, we were served water and then no one came back to take our order, we finally went to the bar ourselves and ordered and waited and waited for our drinks. We we’re finally walking out and the bartender said I have your drinks coming. I think we waited approximately another 10 minutes if not longer to get the drinks😡😡😡. This was the only bad experience we had while staying there.
