I can’t say I didn’t like any thing about the property. I would have like to see the bar to open earlier,and the fire pits to stay lit longer but it was nice and quiet to go to sleep

The breakfast was incredible. So nice to be able to have a full spread breakfast waiting for you each morning. The pool was wonderful. The creek was serene. It was so convenient to getting to Teton Park. The free shuttle into town was so nice since we were there for a wedding and didnt have to walk to town center in our cocktail attire.

The restaurant was so limited in food choices. And sat adjacent to the road.

The room was great, bed very comfortable. The outside area around back was fabulous! The Breakfast bar was amazing!

It would be a better value at a slightly lower price point, but property is lovely!

We really enjoyed the individual cabins so there was a good bit of privacy. We liked the location. as it was close to town and close to other outdoor activities that we loved!

This time, the service in the restaurant was not as extraordinary compared to last year. New personnel was still in training and therefore, the service was not flawless. But it was noted and from then on special care was taken. Finally, we were very satisfied and had a great time.

We visited the Rustic Inn for the second time and it was again awesome. The cabins are very cozy, well organized and have everything you need. The hotel itself offers many nice spots for relaxation. The breakfast provides a broad variety and the restaurant an excellent dinner. The location is close to the ski areas and the Teton Nationalpark.

The bed was a little uncomfortable but it was fine for the purpose of my short stay.

This property was a great find - each 'room' is an individual cabin which was just beautiful! Such a wonderful space. The facilities on site were also brilliant, with a tranquil pool area available as well as a gym. The highlight for me however was the nature reserve area - wow! Incredible views, lots of seating areas but in the evening... this is where it becomes amazing. Fire pits are lit around the area which have Adirondack seats at each location, and it takes on a whole new ambience. That was a treat being able to sit by those in the evening, at the side of the creek. Highly recommended!!

All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly with the exception of the evening barman who behaved as if everything was too much effort all night.

We loved our cabin and the hotel is within walking distance to the Main Street square, or you can take the free shuttle bus. There is also a good breakfast buffet included with a lot of options.

The hot tub was way down with water level and lounge chairs at pool filled up quickly, maybe a few more needed.

Our toilet seat was loose and we failed to have someone tighten it. Also the room was quite dusty we noticed when the air would come on, may need a filter change. Otherwise, out stay was perfect! We will recommend to others for sure!!

We loved our cabin 134, we could open our window and sleep listening to the little fall of the creek all night. So peaceful!

The area is amazing. Tucked to the side but walking distance to anything in town. The little outdoor area is so charming and very enjoyable. Feels like your in nature, but right in Jackson. The staff was simply amazing!!!! They were working to please at all times!!!

For the price paid the breakfast was not kept hot. Luke warm eggs, sausage and french toast is inexcuseable.
