Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesGot a little lost with all the paths through the complex. Was a little surprised at how close to the main road we were, but it Was surprisingly quiet, and added to the convenience.
Loved the cabin. Quiet and very comfortable. Location was in the center of everything. Break fast was Good.

United StatesThe high pitch of the blow dryer hurt my ears. It did have a cool retractable cord. Haha I pulled out my own blow dryer like the grown woman I am, and fixed my hair. No whining. We had no complaints.
Loved the classy, masculine cabin feel! Nice bed/bedding. Bathroom was the kind of clean that makes you feel relaxed. The toiletries provided were great quality! Breakfast was nice. Staff was very friendly. I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

United StatesI wish it were a little more economical but it's probably in line with the rest of things in Jackson during the fall.
The decor and grounds are amazing. You can't believe you're staying in such a rustic place in the middle of town. It has been my favorite place in Jackson Hole since 2016. This is the second time I've stayed. I recommend it to anyone to have a really authentic Wyoming experience! I hope to make a return trip for snowmobiling in March. One more thing I am 80 years old and the grounds make everything so accessible.

United StatesThe room and spa need some updating and maintenance. We were in Room 165 and the entrance carpet was dirty and the A/C was rattled all night. The sheets were dingy- not crisp white like they should be. The picture online is not what it looks like in person. Much more dated in person. I got a massage at the Spa- which I expected to pay more- but when I got there was no one there to greet me or tell me where to go, so I had to call the front desk to figure out where to go. A woman came out of the kitchen to show me where to go. The jacuzzi was not in good condition. There was black stuff around the jets and the jets were coming loose from the side of the jacuzzi. I will say that the massage was excellent. The therapist listened and did a superb job. I think her name was Myumi or something similar. We went to the bar on 3 different evenings and the bartender(tall bald man) was sarcastic to us and did not respect his coworkers. I asked him for the wine list and he pointed and said- “over there”. “Over there” was a chalkboard over a customer’s head. When I walked over to look at it the customer thought I was staring at him and asked if I needed something. Weird situation. It wouldn’t take 5 minutes to print out multiple copies of the wine list- even if it changes frequently. You can make a postcard size list to hand out for practically nothing. The other 2 servers/bartenders were kind and friendly. The last night we tipped only the male and female servers after again being treated less than courteous. When you are paying over $400 for a room I expected this to be a true resort with the customers being treated with care and maybe a bit of pampering.
The surroundings were beautiful. The walk to town was easy and convenient. Breakfast was good- but crowded. The grounds are well kept.

United Kingdomwhen eating our second meal in the restaurant the service was poor (entree arrived before appetisers eaten and entree order was incomplete) mosquitos were prevalent in the evening (would have been good to have been advised by hotel so that precautions could have been taken)

United KingdomBreakfast was average and expected more for the price paid in a small breakfast area. Cabins close to the road are extremely noisy and ours was 3rd in from the road with my husband finding it difficult to sleep. I think the hotel should put some further noise insulation into the cabins and outside fencing.
Lovely room and grounds.
