    Not a luxury experience

Our stay was disappointing. Several little things all put together felt more like a 2-star property - Door Knob on vanity drawer was broken - AC made a whooshing noise all night which light sleepers may dislike - Room had dirt and was dusty upon arrival - Housekeeping the following day was subpar. - Rain shower did not work - Ceiling light in bathroom was out. - coffee kcup pod was expired - gym has 2 Peloton bikes however both had issues and were not usable Very underwhelming experience at a luxury price tag ($1000+ for 2 night stay) :(

    - Breafast spread is nice. Was nice to have fresh cut fruit and berries. - Nice property for a relaxing nature walk or sit around fire place in evening - Small gym

We were disappointed with our room, which was dark and overlooked the car park. When we asked to change rooms we were quoted an astronomical price for a room with a better view. The swimming pool was small and overcrowded.

The grounds were lovely and well looked after. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was very clean.

I regret this entire reservation. For the amount of money I paid for two nights I though according to the website it was going to be more of an actual “creek side” room. I was sadly mistaken. It’s all glorified Dutch barns stacked literally on top of each other. The grounds are pretty, but for the price I wish I would have booked elsewhere. I’ve stayed in hotels for 1/4 the cost and had much better experiences. Also the pool was filthy. It and the hot tub smelled like vinegar and the water was so cloudy.

The cleaning staff were so kind. Breakfast was good.

Crazy expensive for a very plain room (I suspect they charge more because its an individual cabin, but really the size of an ordinary hotel room).

The breakfast was great. The staff was terrific. The location is perfect to explore Grand Teton and the town of Jackson.

The pool and hot tub so dirty and green foaming on the top of it. Every single person we talked mince the main( she was the only one who was so sweet) Were so rude, they acted like we were putting them out. How dare I ask for dressing for my salad that you messed it up in the first place. It was always putting them out. Where are the tubs. I’m your website it shows that the kings cabin have baths not a one in sight. Dairy Queen down the street was ten times nicer. And that’s fast food.

The view and location of the inn is beautiful and perfect. The food is so good as well.

Room was not as large as it appears on line and was a little disappointed. The "Bistro" restaurant was overpriced and not very good taste-wise in my opinion. The spa facility was great - the actual massage was okay; nothing extraordinary but well worth it - it was a very nice "add" to the experience.

Seeking a real "western cabin" experience (with all the amenities :)) and it did provide that. Beautiful location and the chairs on the porch were a big plus.

first cabin was in a not good location. right off the highway and could hear all the road noise. cabin was super small, not as described. very heavily used, rips and tears in sheets, furniture damaged.. second cabin was better located bigger and nicer. sheet we’re ripped and snagged on this bed too.. seems to be a pattern most dissatisfaction came from NONE of the amenities being available pool was covered, jacuzzi was broken, sauna was off. spa, restaurant and bar all closed and fire pits not available. NOT ONE AMENITY WAS AVAILABLE, yet paid full price on top of that, ground keepers were cleaning and preparing the hotel to “fully open” and non stop made noise for both days!! we had ZERO peace and quiet also I asked for cleaning staff to come at 7am and to come immediately, and they didn’t show up I too after 11 am… when I told them it must be cleaned by 10 am we stayed here for our wedding, this was our huge splurge and we were so dissatisfied. the staff did nothing out of the ordinary for us, despite asking.. time and time again

good location. very nice breakfast that is included

The hot tub didn’t work when we wanted it too the girl at the front desk called for maintenance and left us outside waiting for someone who never came. For the cost of the cabin I expected a little better. The gym is a gazebo with see through windows so anyone can sit and watch you work out like you’re in an aquarium.

The privacy cabins were good the breakfast wasnt bad

The room was tiny and not worth the money. We had stayed at cheaper accommodation for the rest of our trip and got larger, warmer rooms for Much cheaper - and ones that had a flushing toilet! For this price i expected a bigger room, doors that didn’t have big drafts around them where you could see the outdoors, and toilets that flushed properly. The staff checking us in weren’t happy in their jobs. But the bar and dinner was great.

The bar and bistro are by far the best part of the stay.

This is the worst hotel I have booked for so many years. My friend got covid and was uncomfortable. I wanted to change it to a week later. On the 27th of March, I have 3 days left to change. It’s all about defrauding me. I definitely don’t recommend you to stay in this hotel. Of course, this is also the last reservation for booking. You can find the hotel’s official website directly on Google. Reservation is not only convenient for communication, but also the price will not be different

Old lodges and rooms. Rooms definitely need and upgrade. Rooms are dark. No lights on the porch so you can’t really use it at night. Swimming pool area is a little separate from the shower area which is slightly inconvenient.

Beautiful resort properties that are of common use such as the lush green areas, well maintained creek, tents, fire pits. Has a good resort feel to it. Breakfast buffet was good. Temp controlled swimming pool and amazing hot tub.

This property is not worth the price. The major disappointment was our cabin which had virtually NO View at all. Well, a view of looking into the side of another cabin, and the parking lot. I would expect to see nature, this is the reason I am in Jackson Hole. I did not realize this when booking. The cabin was small and with no windows to open and look out it felt like a logged cell. And the dinner was very ordinary and overpriced.

Breakfast was good, and the staff friendly and professional.

The sink and shower in the bathroom ran extremely slow and filled the sink and tub, respectively. Housekeeping began knocking at our door at 9 am to see if we were ready for service even though we had the "resting" tag on the door. It would be nice for travelers if the shuttle could take people to the airport.

The creekside room was great. The breakfast included was fantastic and one of the best we've ever had at a hotel. The beds were comfortable, and the fireplace was lovely even though it was warm during our visit.
