Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Move the toilet paper holder in room 122! It's awkward.
Clean and updated with lots of space and was wonderful having a larger fridge, kitchen sink and dishes.

Nitpicky, but I stayed in 6 other motels on this trip,& this was the only one that the Ac/heat blower was either too hot or too cold. Difficult to find a happy medium w/ the temperature.

Everything about my accommodation was lovely. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, the location fit my needs very well. All in all, I enjoyed my stay and will consider staying again.

No cooktop. Too little counter space to cook. No place to eat except in front of the mirror and the TV takes so much room of the desktop, barely any room left for plates. Bed and pillows are too soft.
The location. Room has full size refrigerator, microwave, kettle, plates, bowls, mugs etc. Their parking lot has hose that you can rinse your car quick.

The layout of the room was not the best to say the least. Having no vanity in the bathroom and having to use the kitchen sink for that purpose was inconvenient.
The cleanliness, location and price. We were given the room we asked for, and it made a great difference during our stay since I am partially disabled. The ability to unload our vehicle right in front of our door makes all the difference in the world for us. Having a full size refrigerator was a tremendous help.

Nothing was bad at all.
The room was immaculate, and the location was great. Also we LOVED the daily room service, this is the first time any hotel we have stayed in has done that since COVID. It was AMAZING.

The only flaw of the entire stay was that the ceiling tiles were above the shower were in the process of deteriorating due to the material of the ceiling tiles. It didn't look like mold was there but would be sad to see the hotel's quality go down due to this issue in the future.
Everything was very clean and tidy, especially for being the cheapest room in Moab. The staff was also friendly and helpful with recommendations outside the area.

Few kitchen accessories, would like a regular coffee pot, not brew by the cup. Mattress was very saggy, well in the middle.
Having a large refrigerator and microwave. Electric kettle is nice , bike storage.

The showerhead would whine - like a tiny airplane taking off. Things that bothered us - 1) A very narrow entrance / exit to / from the parking lot - a big challenge if a car exits while another car enters 2) The shortest path to the stairs can lead through the gap between 2 parked cars- not easy with loads of luggage. There is no dedicate crosswalk.
Tastefully furnished rooms, spacious and clean. Some of the warmest blankets that I have ever used- very restful sleep.

Off the main drag so quiet but still convenient for all town amenities. Genuine warm and helpful welcome on arrival. Spacious and comfortable room. Thought it was great value and tried to stay for 2 more nights...sadly not possible
