Shower just trickled, room has bare minimum of what you need but that's all we needed.

The price and the location were great. Bed was comfortable and heater worked well, although a little noisy. I appreciated saving money on lodging in Joshua Tree and being close to the entrance.

Quite dated.

It was central in Joshua Tree and close to the entrance to the park lots of restaurants around and great pub at the local saloon. Baga on reception was extremely helpful.

Just seeing the potential of this property not being pursued. This place could be a "boutique motel". But then of course the prices would go way up!

This place reminds me of the "old highway motel". Needs work, but great potential. Great location. fun to stay, but don't expect much. Adequate.

There was confusion at check in as I had expected the money to have been taken prior to our arrival as per usual Bookings email. So when I was asked to pay the full amount I had to go online to check that it hadn't already been taken - which it hadn’t. However on the second attempt there was an error inputting the amount as the decimal point was incorrectly entered so that a 3 or possibly 4 figure amount would have been taken if we hadn’t noticed. It was sorted and we paid on another card but please ensure you check carefully.

.Although the motel is old-style it was really clean and comfortable. A lot of thought had gone into the room which included a table with two soft dining chairs. The walkin tiled shower was small but very clean and powerful. The outdoor pool although not heated was bliss and big enough for a proper swim. Extremely good value for money.

Stayed a night as part of a motorcycle road trip. Handy garden, with a little pool, with access from the back door of our room, so could dry a bit of laundry outside. Safe parking directly in front of our room. Close to all amenities.

Unfortunately the AC was super loud and it wasn't possible to sleep without it because of the heat. The pool was also closed.

The concierge (?) was exceptionally sweet and helpful. He offered me a lot of advice about Joshua Tree Park and the neighborhood. He even handed me printed out maps since you won't have signal in the area. When I checked out, there was another map put in my car window... how sweet and kind! The room is okay for what it is. It was clean and pretty big. Shower pressure was good. Wifi worked without any problems.

We loved it!

We did not have great expectations -- we had booked a cheap motel for one night prior to heading for the campgrounds at JTNP. We were pleasantly surprised!! Ravi, the owner and host is delightful -- he was so gracious and helpful. The room was large, clean, and comfortable -- we loved that the room had a backdoor out to a very charming garden area. The motel -- a throwback to the 1950s is conveniently located with walkable access to the local restaurants and shops.

Great location to get into JT Park early and avoid the queues. Saloon Bar next door was a real bonus. Popular, good food and service.
