Communication was consistently unhelpful. Several inquiries went totally unanswered. Ditto for check-in and check-out. Front desk was often vacant with no one to assist.

My room was accessible for wheelchairs so it had a modified bath, however, despite it saying it had a shower, there was nowhere up high to fix the shower head to, only the low one. At the end of a long day, not being able to stand under a hot shower was pretty bad, especially with the cost of the room. I couldn't then have an actual bath as they had painted the bottom with the non slip scratchy paint. The only way to get hot water out of the shower was to turn it on full blast. This wasted SO MUCH water, because you had to continuously turn it off and on to be able to wash I was travelling by myself so chose a place with a bar and restaurant - again this was not as described as I never saw anyone in the restaurant (I couldn't tell if it was open or not) & the bar was always closed. There was no house keeping for 3 days despite the housekeeper leaving an envelope asking for a tip 😂 Customer service was non-existent. They wanted to communicate by message - I don't think I would have managed to contact anyone if I'd had a problem. The chap who checked me in seemed completely uninterested. The wifi worked intermittently - alot of the time I couldn't use it. Didn't seem sound-proofed.

Avoid staying here. The TV & WiFi doesn’t work. We had neither for most of our stay & there were no proper hotel staff to deal with the issues we were having. There was nobody there to apologise or offer any kind of compensation for our poor stay. Have not had any apology since. Terrible!!! Only interested in charging as much as possible for as little as possible. Don’t use their car park price is over double the rate of car park on street behind hotel.

This property is old and dirty. Everything is musty and there is mold on the celling and bathroom. The internet did not work, the TV did not work. It is nearly impossible to communicate with this property, they do not answer emails, phone calls or texts. The description of services is deceptive and I am suspicious of the 4.5 star rating. I strongly encourage you to stop endorsing this property until major upgrades are performed.

I am not a fan of having the sink in the sleeping area, but otherwise there is nothing negative!

The location of the hotel is perfect. I really loved my room and how comfortable it was. I had booked the economy room, but it was far better than I could ever expect for economy.

The only issue was the bathroom door in 209 was hard to open and close so whenever one of us got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, we woke the other one up with the door.

Tracy Ann is the main house keeper and she was fabulous. We felt spoiled. The room was perfect size for our family and location made it possible to walk everywhere. They have limited parking and it is expensive at $75 per day but we'll worth it.

Room was run down. Bathroom tub faucet broken, shower head hand held only otherwise shoots water all over bathroom. No coffee available or even hot water. No iron in the room.
