United States1 review“When I think of a $250 a night hotel room, I think of a little fancier of bedding and breakfast.”Elevators took forever, I did see signs about upgrades being made, but didn’t see much going on. Out bed pillows were small and extremely flat. The breakfast room is VERY outdated in appearance, but the spread of food was a good selection of things.
Pamela at reception was awesome! We were able to check in a little early and she called when the room was ready!! Fabulous thank you!

United States2 Reviews1 helpful vote“Decent hotel, would stay again”Rooms could use a refresh. Bathrooms and the hallway carpets. With sand and water surely it’s difficult to keep it clean. Vinyl or ceramic would be easier and stay cleaner.
Balcony overlooking the beach and ocean.Beds were comfortable, room was a good size. Adjacent to the beach! Beach is maintained well,.

Although the room was clean and comfy the hotel building was old and need a real update, as example, the bath tub was draining very slowly, the elevators were very old.
The location is perfect The staff were responsive to our requests, nice and welcoming The room floor was not covered by carpet, very convenient as can be cleaned easily from sand and water.

United States1 review“Adequate...no more”The hallway was dark with laundry & trash bags from housekeeping always except at night. The bathroom was extremely tiny. Sink area tiny too! The decor (black & red) was dreadful (in my opinion) The stairs only go to floor 2...nd the elevators are so busy so you can't get to lobby!
The location was nice and 7th floor & balcony. The room was adequate.

United States1 review“You can spend more & find better but for the $ it worked fine & it is 20 feet to the beach.”Breakfast was average continental style (low quality for cost of room) & they would not allow guests to take food out when you left. So couldn’t eat on the beach or back in ur room, etc. Hallways r narrow so there is a feeling of being lower quality than it actually is. - That said, I would rather have 2 extra feet of room dimension than a wider hallway. Room doors make it seem even worse in that they have a wide black stripe coming down which makes it seem even tighter/cramped.
Location & staff (esp Angel) were great. Ease of walking onto beach & a great restaurant (Ocean Eddie’s) on the pier just a 30 yard walk. Parking was included/free & beach was steps away. And room had great view of the beach/ocean.
