I loved the friendly atmosphere, the comfortable bed, and the little balcony that allowed me to have breakfast outside. Even if I didn't spend much time out there, knowing I could step outside made the room feel more open and comfortable. Plus, stepping onto the balcony helped me dress for the weather. I also loved the kitchen, which meant I could heat leftovers, make great tea, or cook some meals for myself. The staff was above and beyond friendly and helpful. And because I had an interior room, it was quiet. This was so welcome after a long day of engaging with the City. Just the respite I needed.

Staying here was an absolute pleasure—a little oasis in the heart of the concrete jungle. The hosts are incredibly kind and always ready to help. The air conditioning (heating at our time of the year) was indeed very noisy, but nothing that earplugs can't stop. Just think to bring earplugs! I don't think I would have slept well without earplugs.

The room was clean and huge, it was really great. The kitchen was very useful and well equipped. It was just missing a cutting board and a peeler in my opinion (since we cooked mostly vegetables) and it would be even more perfect. The hotel was very well situated, close to the subway and a lot of restaurants or places to eat. Even some places to do groceries shopping if you plan to cook. Service was perfect, any time we had a small issue or request it was replied to very quickly and perfectly. I definitely recommend this place! Just be careful and know that the place is vegetarian if you plan to cook there :)

Some of the appliances and air conditioning/heater were making a lot of noise. The isolation between the corridor and the room is not optimal, it did not bother my husband who is a good sleeper, but I needed to sleep with my noise canceling ear plugs.

We loved the location. The apartment was very nice and the bed was vey comfortable! Staff is super nice!

Super Location! Lower East Side with easy (6 min) access to the subway. Delis around the corner! Room was huge. We travelled with our 11 yr old daughter - extra bed was available! All comfortable!

It’s not a major issue, but there aren’t always people at the reception. Check-in and check-out are self-service, and I would appreciate having staff available to assist. Sometimes, after a long trip, it can be challenging to navigate issues that may arise, and having someone there to help would be beneficial.

The location is good, and the metro is just a few blocks away. There wasn't much noise or traffic at night, so we slept very well, and there was a market and restaurants nearby.

Spacious room. Central yet calm. Friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay. The area is diverse in a charming way- full of eateries and shops. It feels like a real neighbourhood in a big city- nice to come home to after a busy day.

Our room was excellent, with a large and comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and was always ready to help with anything we needed. Everything was very clean and the kitchen had all the utensils we needed for our stay. The location is very good, close to supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and other places. The main subway lines there are also very helpful, since they are well connected to other lines. The walk to the subway was 5-10 minutes, so it was no problem at all. Going there from/to the airport (JFK) was also very easy.

The room is very big for Manhattan. Location is fab very quiet of an evening away from the hustle and bustle. Very good value for money.
