Minor leaking faucet (onto counter top) in top floor bathroom and a few overhead lights out

Difficult parking on a public curb only, down stairs was musty and damp, could smell throughout the entire house, laundry unusable it had someone else's clothes in it, laundry room creepy and unkempt, 2 out of 3 couches broken and unusable, blinds were missing slats or did not cover the bottom 6 or more inches of several windows..lack of privacy. Main floor was dirty and shoes were not allowed, so it was icky to walk on. Hand rails are really needed to the bottom floor for safety. Main floor has a shower head and tub, but had no valve to turn on the shower part. Owner was reached out to and never responded. His.mail was found both in the mailbox and a kitchen drawer. Made us feel like someone was going to drop by at anytime. Beautiful place but it felt awkward and not really maintained. We bought damp rid to help with the wet smell and it really didn't help.

The furniture on the 2nd floor was broke. The couch was broke when we got there and the bed collapsed while laying in it.

It was in a nice neighborhood and it was easy to get to other places from there.

Rats in the laundry room, trash and bees around the trash cans outside, bushes growing onto the downstairs patio.

It was very spacious, loved the layout and the nice view from the patio.

Overall, the property was not as clean as it could be and was really in need of a deep clean. Property was missing some essential items in the kitchen. It could also use lamps in the bedrooms. The positives definitely outweigh the negatives and we will be back!

The location was amazing! The views are breathtaking! The house was perfect for our family with three separate levels of sleeping! The owners were easy to work with and communicated well. We will definitely stay here again!

The furniture could stand to be upgraded for taller and curvier people. Perhaps a pub style table and couches that sit a little higher off the floor?! I also recommend a new coffee maker (the old fashioned kind is cool).

The house was comfy and quite cozy. The air conditioner units were superb and the outdoor patios on each floor was really awesome. The place lived up to the advertisements for the scenic views of the city for sure! The host was very responsive before and after my stay via text and they also provided supplies like paper towels, toilet tissue, trash bags and dishwasher fluid which was a huge relief (I hate having to spend my vacation money on stuff like that).

Sofa bed was broken and couldn’t be used. No extra bedding for sofa but hosts were very responsive and offered to get us some. Not well stocked with plates, cutlery etc. Only 4 plates, bowls, 3 knives etc for a place that could sleep 9/10 people.

Good location with safe street parking. Great communication with hosts.

Just some small thing . Light out in the upstairs bed room , no wash clothes, couch was broken in the downstairs room. But we all enjoyed our stay .

The Location was great, very handy for Downtown Cinci but also local supermarket only a few minutes away by car. The beds and sofas were very comfortable and in general the house was well appointed.

no trash can in the master bathroom, no bathroom in the basement, having to meet the host at the property.

it was very spaceous and in an excellent location. I would be happy to stay back here in a heartbeat. everyone was very comfortable here.

Loved the location. Beautiful city scape. Great location with restaurant and coffee/tea shops. Wonderful friendly neighborhood and safe environment. Total great find. I would recommend to any of my friends and family.

No laundry was available at the, couldn't access one of the balconies, and an unassembled pool table was in the middle of the first floor. Easy fixes.

We really enjoyed the house. The location was great! Beautiful view of the city.
