There was nothing I didn’t like. Won’t hesitate to stay again, and have recommended to all my colleagues. After staying in multiple properties in the area, this will now be my go to!

Clean, new and modern apartment. Good amenities. Allowed me to stay in the same apartment when my business trip was extended (stayed 3 weeks in total), and kindly cleaned my apartment when I rebooked for 3rd week. Staff are really great, all so friendly and attentive. Security in the evening are also super friendly and welcoming. TV requested and was given this. Lounge on the top floor was a perfect workspace when I didn’t go into the office and the outdoor seating area was great. Had an apartment on the 18th floor with the city view which was stunning. Location perfect!

No Mass transit train

location is very convenient and a lot of foods stalls in Ponce city market are definitely a plus.

Pool was closed due to snow storm. Would be wonderful in warm weather.

We had a wonderful stay. Room and view were lovely and well equipped for a five day stay. Excellent location by Ponce. TV was provided. Comfortable bed. Very cozy. Staff was amazing, professional, friendly, helpful and responsive.

I need a gym and it’s closed due to painting. No one cleaned the rooms, I thought there would be daily cleaning.

Parking garage was difficult to find. The parking payment system was confusing. The signage, especially navigating from the parking garage to the room, was lacking. Shower head sprayed in all directions, including onto the ceiling and over the shower wall.

Great location. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Very modern. Kitchen was well stocked for a short stay. Quiet. Great view.

Parking was a little confusing.

Clean and well appointed. I didn't have to talk to anyone to check in. It's a great location near a place with a ton of bars and restaurants.

I didn’t like the parking situation, it’d be nice to have a specific parking pass for the hotel that’s a set price.

The location is convenient, the apartment is cozy and beautifully decorated, the staff is friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed everything. I requested a TV for my room. I was able to cook, relax, and enjoy the city view. I was there for New Year's. Could see all the fireworks from my window and still access the city for safe fun nearby.

Unexpectedly didn’t have a TV 😅 Not a huge deal, but especially for a place that flexes to extended stays that caught me by surprise (even though it isn’t explicitly listed as an amenity, so it was def my bad!).

The elevators were slow and the room didn’t get cool enough. We had to crack the window to cool off the room. It’s December but not everyone likes their room 73 degrees when sleeping. We like it cold in our room to sleep

It had all the amenities, including a washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, hairdryer. Bed was comfortable. Way better than a hotel. The bedroom was separate from the living area. Only negative was it didn’t have a TV, but you found have one brought to you at no extra charge. Easy parking. I would definitely recommend over a typical hotel room.
