They claim to have laundry but it is never working and though they post a desire to help they did not. There is no current date when their laundry will be up and running again

The room has a stale smell, and about 10 of the TV channels aren't working.

The room is spacious, with a pull-out couch and a portable cooktop, along with all the essentials for cooking. It’s clean, the bed is comfortable, and breakfast was decent. The staff is friendly and allowed us to check in earlier.

Staff wasn’t so welcoming barely said anything. The guy at the front desk really didn’t have much to say and one of the house keepers was very rude.

Location is convenient for access to the southern part of the Everglades and our subsequent journey to the keys, but there is not much in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, which is surrounded by busy roads.

Credit card charged day before arrival. Then a $20.00 charge during stay with no explanation. Receipt showed original charge only. No receipt for second charge.

I went to do laundry and loaded in the soap and clothes and the coin machine was jammed. I went and ask the front desk for help and they said they already knew that it was jammed and not to use it! I said well my clothes are loaded in and soap too i asked if they could open the coin m achine snd they said no only maintenance can and they were there. They said to use a different machine. I said why isn't there a sign on it then if you already knew? If you had put a sign on it I would have used a different machine. Now I've wasted my soap. They then put up a sign and replaced my soap for me. Over all this was an inconvenience but they stay was amazing. It was just time consuming and annoying that the two working the front counter knew about the issue but were just talking away and didn't do anything until I said something.

The hotel and staff were very good, however Booking.com staff were totally unhelpful after I accidentally booked a room with a non cancellation policy. Despite multiple calls and emails a received no service or solution from booking.com and will never use your website again. I didn’t need to change my reservation in the end so it didn’t matter that was booking wasn’t flexible, but you need to have a simple method for customers to correct booking errors, such as a 24 hour cooling off period

A few things which were not so nice of course as well. No fresh towels in the evening in the gym, half of the lamps in our room had no bulbs in it, and a couple of sockets didn't work.

The location was perfect for us. Right next to the Everglades, the Keys, Biscayne NP and close to Miami. The staff was friendly, the hotel quiet. The breakfast was great.
