The AC would not shut off in our room. Our bathroom was in need of repair. The entire hotel was so cold.

The hotel is in serious need of renovation. Our stay in April there was a water leak from the shower, in the wall soaking an area of the carpet near our bed. During the stay last week, the staff checked us into a room that wasn't available because it was being painted, and the room they moved us to had bad plumbing issues. The toilet wouldn't flush. Everything in the rooms appears to be left there since the 80s. For the price, there are many nicer places to stay.

Location is the only reason we chose to stay here. It was our second stay here in three months for close proximity to events we attended at Capital Square. The view is nice, and walking distance to events like the Ohio Theater, restaurants, etc.

The water temperature in our room (501) could not be controlled once you switched the water to the shower head. It was scalding hot. My granddaughter had a cast on her arm and had to take a bath and her cast ended up getting wet. The room was uncomfortably hot. We asked to have our room changed before we went to the Lion King production, but the request was not fulfilled.

The location was excellent and the hotel was very clean!

Bathroom floor had boot foot prints so floor was not mopped and ordered a room w capital view and sofa bed...no sofa and faced East so did not get what I reserved. Stay away from restaurant. Expensive and not great

Air conditioner did not work. Had to be moved at 10:30 at night to a different room. Once we got our new room they didn't have wash clothes, had soap dispensers that were not filled, unfinished drywall, the hook on the bathroom door was just hanging there broke with sharp edges. Room service never changed the sheets on the bed that were soiled. Never replaced toilet paper. Called for valet to get our vehicle and the attendant was sleeping.

Our room was beautiful at first look however, the amenities in the room either didn't work or we had to move them to find an outlet. As in there was no outlet where items were for instance the coffee maker. The USB charger mount by the beds didn't work at all, none of them worked. Moving on. Disappointed isn't the word I could use for how I felt the cleanliness was. In the shower, ALL of the refillable bottles in the shower were completely empty! And there was only 1 towel in our room that was clean. I went to use the vending machine, and the one on our floor (12th) didn't work, I went down to 11, they didn't even have one. I went to the 10th, and that one didn't work either. I went down to the main desk to find out what vending machines work. (The little shop by the desk only had diet pop and I can't stomach diet) The receptionist looked at me like I was crazy and said "oh, I can't help you there, I didn't think any of them worked anymore and were removed. I don't know what to tell you". I went up to the 16th floor before I found a vending machine that worked. This hotel can do way better! For the amount paid for our room, this is ridiculous! VERY disappointed!

Toilet wouldn't flush, shower didn't drain, sink dripped, no soap, no hair dryer, things were not fixed, stains on ceiling and walls, had to change rooms. Very unimpressed and wouldn't recommend or return. The workers were wonderful!

It was close to our daughter. The staff was extremely friendly.

I made sure to book a room that said breakfast included, but the hotel did not honor that. When I found that out nobody contacted me telling me they stopped making my breakfast and would not be bringing it to me, even though they said they would and could have easily charged it to my room. The elevators had several outages, being that only 2 of the 4 were in service. That proved challenging since my elevator was on 15th floor. The front desk clerk only seem to cater to the Caucasian guest needs, meanwhile my request for 1 more towel went unfulfilled. Other than being chased down by staff for taking the staircase from the second floor to get to my car and the previously mentioned headaches, the room itself was nice and clean, although very dated. Tried hooking up to tv so I'd have a second screen to use for work, but that also failed. Staff doesn't seem to care. And here's the kicker. The bathroom looked as though someone was murdered in it. Not kidding. At first glance you didn't notice but next to mirror on the walls were streaks, not a drop, STREAKS of blood. Like sprayed or splattered, dried coagulated blood, which nobody seemed to want to clean up. It[s obviously been there a while. I had to get out of there. Room 1504, stay away from there.

The room is large and the view is nice overlooking the city. Definitely recommend a corner city view room. Bathroom is spacious and comes with some nice, though almost empty soaps and amenities. Shower is nice and hot...once it gets hot. Prepare to wait. Then there are bad parts to bathroom too.

Old and worn down. First room the shower didn’t work. Second room had no working lights. Would never stay here again. Would be nice to have one night comped based on what I had to deal with.

It’s an old tire hotel. Staff was nice but it’s a waste of time trying to keep this hotel up. They did not have the room we reserved. When we did get a room the phone didn’t work and the cabinets had missing handles. When attempting to take the luggage cart back the door wouldn’t open from the inside. Maintenance couldn’t open either. Finally the manager was able to open the room and moved us to another with two beds. He commented that everything worked in the new room and it was the perfect temperature. Wrong, phone was dead and you could turn on the AC. It was very hot and uncomfortable our entire stay. We will never book this hotel again.

No trash bags in cans. The Tv didn't work on arrival. There was only one coffee packet for one cup. Parking too far away and $45 for valet parking! Light blinking and going out over the bathroom sink. No free beverage, coffee, for example, in the lobby.

The staff were not particularly helpful especially when trying to arrange transport to the airport when the marathon was going on; the business centre was not working; the breakfast was poor for the $20 charge

The first room they gave use hadnt been cleaned. I took a picture and asked for a different room and the attendant downplayed it . It was very clearly not cleaned at all. Own it and upgrade me or give me a refund. At around $300 a night I should walk away happy.
