We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe air conditioner in our room made a loud noise that sounded like someone was vacuuming, we were able to turn the air down the second day, but then it was a little too warm while sleeping. The computer crashed while they were checking me in and think they forgot to apply my booking.com rate/discount and I ended up paying a little more than I had originally booked the room for.
The location is right in old town which is great. We were able to rent bikes right at the location and take those around. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful.

United StatesNo restaurant or bar, but we knew that before booking. Not so much a dislike, but pool area signs state no food or drinks. As mentioned, hotel doesn't have a restaurant or bar, so it would've be nice to enjoy some snacks and drinks by the pool after a long day touring the island. I'm not sure how much they monitor this, so maybe we could've brought something in, but we do our best to follow the rules.
Within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do; Salt water pool with plenty of seating Breakfast each morning. Not a lot of choices but had an omelet station. All sufficient for our needs Comfortable bed and spacious room. Also enjoyed the outdoor balcony area. Sink area was a little tight, but liked that it was separate from the tub and toilet Security seemed good
