The first night we went to bed there wasn't a sheet on our bed. There was no shampoo and our tv didn't work very well, it kept blacking out. The bathroom was also very dark. Only other complaint was the pool drink and food menu was over the top. How about some sandwiches, nachos, apps, fun finger food. That was by far the worst poolside menu I have ever experienced.

Room and hotel was clean and the place had a nice smell to it.

The staff at the front desk. Not really helpful at all and any request for help seemed like you were asking for too much. Asked for our luggage to be collected from our room on departure, but when we were ready to leave 2 hours later, they had no idea where the luggage had gone. Asked to change the method of payment, a simple request at every other hotel I've stayed at, but caused all sorts of confusion. Dry cleaning that was supposed to turn up at 1pm still hadn't been received by 6pm. While this wasn't necessarily the fault at the front desk, they gave the impression that they didn't care, despite them being the only people you can talk to about such things.

my top complaint would be I noticed many ejaculate stains on the bedding, that was gross. Then there were tiny annoyances like the refrigerator was packed so full it didn’t cool well. The television remote wouldn’t work, I had it switched out. next remote didn’t work, switched out. third remote turned on the TV but when I tried to change the channel, I realized that didn’t work. finally just gave up. my fault I didn’t check. There is a club inside the hotel, I went, it’s badass! but when you’re trying to sleep it’s incredibly annoying!! constant bass until 2am or so. I’d probably stay here again but i’d insist on a higher floor and I’d take a black light with me 😬

Couldn’t put your own water in fridge as it was packed with purchase goods. Kind of nickle-dime business for a stay you paid a premium for.

I visited Dua while in Miami on a business trip. The location of the property is perfect, right at the heart of Brickell yet not in the middle of the busier noisy parts. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the room was super clean. Also, the balcony had great views of the Brickell skyline. For me a highlight was also the restaurant, that I can highly recommend to whoever visits the hotel.
