The older gentleman working the day shift was wearing slippers at the front desk. Kind of gave off “grumpy old man attitude “. Very unprofessional look for front desk staff.

Worst stay in a property in a long while. Facility was dirty. I pulled the sheets back first night, and there were brown streaks and dirt on the sheets, and worst of all, hair, most likely from a previous guest. Our neighbor in the adjoining room was in and out of the room all night and was bumping music the entire time we were there. He didn't seem like the type of person that would react kindly to a noise co.plaint, nor did staff appear to give a shit about customer service, so we endured. Overall, it's a bad place. Never again.

Location is right next to Bieber breakfast and other places to eat. Staff are pleasant and the rooms are clean. Staff are attentive to your needs and they are pet friendly if you travel with pets. Great location to other stores for shopping.

5 dollar parking fee. I felt the bedroom could have been better laid out. Banged my shins on the sofa bed, which had a narrow gap when you got out the right side of the bed.

The stored our bikes overnight in the bag check area. Much appreciated. Safe, close to lots of restaurants.

The night we checked in we checked in very late and the pull out where my daughter had to sleep the sheet was filthy so we had to use our comforter from the main bed to put over it because we were all exhausted then in the morning my shower flooded while my wife was showering we used all the towels in the room to cleanse it up so I couldn’t take a shower and I had a super long travel day up ahead and when I call the front desk they didn’t compensate us at all pretty much told us to get over it because we were checking out anyways and said they would have maintenance take a look after we checked out and we stay there pretty often and this is the first time I had a big experience like this.

The sink in my room was dirty and the TV didn't work unless you watch the news and nothing else. The door had a decent sized gap between the frame and the door that you could see through. I would probably not stay here again.

Awful service. Zero coffee downstairs. You can order for a fee and staff will go behind the counter to make it and then provide zero cream. No shampoo in the dispenser in the shower. It took two days to get shampoo. That’s after requesting various times. There was a grouchy older gentleman that was unhelpful at the front desk. Took two days to also get a small bar of soap for the hands. No vending machines and all ice machines were out of order. Aggravating experience. The rooms have instant coffee in a tea like bag and the creamer is old. The powder lumps wouldn’t dissolve. This is why I was searching for coffee downstairs. Pretty much you just pay for a bed. Didn’t have blankets or covers. Just sheets. This hotel gets zero for customer experience.

Nothing. Only that it was walking distance to world market, a steakhouse, BevMo and that’s it. Although it has a Chandler address, it’s practically Phoenix. Ended up being far from the Chandler area needed —-about 25 miles.
