United StatesThe location was perfect. It is right by restaurants, stores and very easy access to the freeway for traveling and sight seeing. The pool was very clean and heated. They even have fresh towels for you on the pool deck. The staff is very friendly and the lobby and hotel grounds are very well maintained.

United StatesTV was not working and when i told front desk they said they would call cable company.. 2 hours later TV still not working. i went to talk with front desk person. he was very rude and told me to try and "fix" myself. I proceeded to tell him absolutely not, I paid over $300 for this room, the least they could do is fix it. he then told me that his manager will be in at 7 am if i wanted to talk with him.

United StatesThe TV did not allow you to use the applications (e.g. Netflix). It continued to say that there was no Wifi connected; however, the wifi was available to use on phone and laptop. The cleaning crew came knocking on the door before 11am requesting we leave the room to check out. When staying at a hotel, I prefer to not be rushed to leave my room if I am paying to have it until 11am.
The front office staff were friendly and answered all the questions we had. The room and bathroom were very clean. There was a coffee bar in the lobby to buy coffee (e.g. Starbucks) in the morning which was perfect to not have to leave the hotel.

United States* Room advertised is not available anywhere in the building a "hot tub room". * First room offered had no bath tub at all. There was trash in the trash can (including chewing gum and a used condom!). There was still trash in the ice bucket. Floor and carpet dirty to the touch. * Second room offered had a regular bath tub (although we were still told a "hot tub room" was available. Carpet was dirty, bathroom floor sticky. *We ended up leaving the facility and renting another room at a close by hotel from a different brand.
Front desk staff tried his best to help us. Manager was less helpful, blaming our issue on "third-party website".

United StatesThe only negative thing I have to say is when turning on the TV. Our remote was not working to change imput to HDMI 2 or volume. I couldn't figure out the channel thing, so I started to look behind the TV, I noticed the cable HDMI cord was not plugged in, so then that's why the channels weren't working.... luckily, I had taken my own HDMI cord, plugged it right in and connected my tablet for watching Netflix or Disney+.
The hotel was very clean, the room was clean, and everything was in its place. The shower was clean , and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. It was nice that our room had a large balcony. We could sit outside in the morning and drink our coffee. Kids loved the free wifi
