No Free Breakfast,But It Was Available For Purchase...But For The Price Of Our Stay , The Breakfast Wasn't Such A Big Issue For Us !

This Hotel Was Perfect For Our Stay, Staff Was Friendly and Helpful... Was Located In A Perfect Location Near, Lots Of Restaurants and Shopping Locations, Right Off The 10 Fwy.

Whatever the cleaning products were used the room smelt so strong my throat itched all night , had to cancel the remainder of my stay ..hallways not ACd..just had a motel 8 feeling that was fixed up a little more . And no breakfast you had to go across the street to a Bisbee restaurant…

The pool was very nice we had poolside. Great customer service and they always answered the phone. We were able to use the microwave as well for items we purchased. Restaurants are close by. Long horn steakhouse and a seafood grill. Didn't have to go far for dinner.

There were drug dealers next to me the room wasn't the same as it was online they're being a lack of a bathtub and they don't tell you about the extra fees on bookings

To every pro there's a con and that would be that there's no microwaves in the room. There's no breakfast during the week. Weekends there is breakfast however there is a charge.

No free continental breakfast like many hotels offer but that was a fair trade off for the other things the hotel did very well. The toilet seat was loose and there was some hair in the shower that was missed. The shower head needed to be cleaned due to water hardening on it. Simple fixes and attention to detail.

The location is awesome for this hotel, so many shopping and restaurant options being that it is right off of I-10. Easy drive to pretty much anywhere in the Phoenix Metro area or even to Tucson if that's where you want to go. Many of the food options are close enough to walk, which is what we did. Plenty of parking is available as well. Staff is very nice from front desk to the wonderful ladies cleaning the room and offering fresh towels. Check out was very easy. Pool is very nice and wasn't used very much so we practically had it to ourselves. Lots of outdoor seating area to relax when the sun goes down and the area cools down.

The hotel needs some upgrades. The shower was old and had dirt in some corners. The housekeeping missed cleansing spots in the room. The bedding was old. The sheets and blankets were not white. They were kind of dingy. We were glad to have brought our own sheets to lay on top of the bed. The ice machine on the 3rd floor didn’t work so we had to go to the 2nd floor to get ice. The hotel halls smell like smoke. The 1st room that was given to us smelt like smoke and it was suppose to be nonsmoking. We asked to change rooms and the 2nd room didn’t smell like smoke, but the halls did. The beds were hard. The first night was alright, but the 2nd night the beds were uncomfortable and hurt our backs.

The hotel allows pets, including cats. Some hotels only allow dogs, but they allow cats. This was the main reason why we stayed here. The pillows were nice. Not much to say about what we like, but that it was ok.
