Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

There's nothing to dislike - it more than meets the standards you would expect at this price point.
Staff helpful and sympathetic to my plight (missed flight, very late night arrival, etc). Free shuttle to and from airport even though I was the only passenger. The free WiFi is actually free - no password, no obligatory consent to receive promotions. Breakfast = amazing sausage and egg sandwich on a croissant.

Noisy and blackout curtains didn’t work so too bright. No late night shuttle for our return trip at 11pm.
Convenient location for flight. Clean. Shuttle was timely.

Second stay and this one was "off". Still a good property. But something felt as if impending trouble was coming. Nothing happened but felt weird. More on me I am sure. I would stay again, especially if you need an extra early shuttle. I should not have let my personal "feelings" get in the way of the review. Sure the difference in the stay was all on me. Give this hotel a chance.
Only hotel in area that the shuttle runs at 4am. Water, wifi, comfy bed. A/C worked great, I actually turned it down and that does not happen. Walking distance to Wendy's.

The location is terrible! Construction everywhere at the moment & made it hard to access, but without construction it would be a great location.

The fact they didn't offer any type of breakfast
Clean, comfortable room, close to RDU. No breakfast, which was disappointing, but I managed to buy a few items and kept them in the small refrigerator.

The hallways were pretty hot and seemed a bit dark. I also had to drive around the parking lot about 5 times before deciding to park off to the side upon arriving to the hotel.
This hotel served the purpose of us being near the airport and not having to rush the morning of our trip. Greatly appreciated the airport shuttle taking us. The room was very clean and spacious. All of our needs were met for this short stay

AC very loud, had to turn it off at night so it became warm and humid in the room. It should've been more clear that we needed to book shuttle bus from the airport. We stood there about 30 min waiting and eventually ended up taking a neighboring hotels shuttle.

Not having coffee 24 hours a day was a disappointment, so I had to go out and buy it. I wish that you offer breakfast so that you don't have to go out and eat before heading to the airport if you have an morning flight.
I liked the location, so close to the airport and major highways.

I did not like the bathroom the tub would not drain, which was an extreme inconvenience. Also, the sink seem to drain extremely slow.
The bed was extremely comfortable. The room is spacious, and the balcony was a nice addition the staff was very accommodating.

No breakfast and a new shuttle is needed.
The room was excellent! It captured the eye and was comfortable and clean. I will look for Sonestas in other cities when traveling.

It's nice and clean property, very close to the airport. The staff is kind and the facilities are well maintained. Free parking and there's free coffee in the morning, a shuttle bus to the airport and there is a list of restaurants nearby you can easily find the one you like.

I didn't like the fact that there was no shower cap in the room for showers.
The room was fine I have stayed here before but I stayed in a suite so I thought the room was a little small only from prior experience.
