There used to be a couple of potholders and one or two dish towels, which really are necessary for those of us who make use of the wonderful kitchenette. I hope it was just an oversight in this room and that they've not eliminated these kitchen requirements.

I love that there are two separate rooms. I am very appreciative of there being a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, dishwasher, sink, and two burners. The Wi-Fi is strong enough for both me and my husband to be online at the same time. The new mattresses and pillows are great!

The floors and carpet were filthy. Our white socks were extremely dirty within two hours of our arrival.

Convenient location. The room size was great and had in it what we needed.

Found a roach in bathroom, reported it but nothing was done to remove it ..we went out and when we came back hours after the roach was still there..

Suite was a little small once we pulled out the sleeper sofa. The sofa was also missing a cushion when we arrived. Furniture is a bit dated.

Nice suite for a family of 4 and our dog to stay a few nights while my son was attending a summer camp nearby. Property is small so having pool, gym and dining area just a few steps away was nice.

Parking fee (ridiculous, given the location). Needed more staff at the front desk. No elevators to the second level.

There were 4 of us traveling. It was nice to have a suite, with 2 BR and baths. The kitchen was nice, if we had needed to cook. The pool area looked nice, but was closed, of course. There were grills available by the pool. Breakfast was decent. Almond milk was available, as were a couple of GF options. Turkey bacon and sausage were also available.

Strange living room furniture that didn't fit in; backless mini stool for an office chair & worn out wooden side table as a coffee table. Vinyl sofa, armchair, & cushions. Missing a luggage rack. Ant traps, indicating a pest problem on the ground floor. No elevators.

Comfortable bed & good towel service. Quality Cuisinart pot for cooking & solid dishes for dining. Decent breakfast.

Breakfast was crowded and lines formed around one single pancake maker and toaster. Seems like this could be improved easily.

We stayed at the suites for 17 nights and this cost £3000 plus however, I was disappointed that Sonesta could not offer me a once-a-week free laundry service of $9 when I asked the Sales Director. I am really disappointed, I would not recommend it. We were also not happy with the kitchen service. It opens 7am to 9am. And once it is 9am, the door is closed. We were in the kitchen a few times at 8.48am and when certain food items are finished, the kitchen staff would refuse to refill them because its 9am the kitchen is closed. But were we already in the kitchen before 9am. It could have been a better experience. We had to get staff at the reception involved to resolve this.

The fold out bed in the suite. The matress was SUPER old. We eneded up using both pairs of sheets and a blanket because it just was not in good condition. It was It worked for my 7 year old, but never would have worked for an adult.
