Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. The room was a bit small, but my teenaged sons are 6'4" and 6'2". We always need a bit of extra space.
Clean rooms, easy check in and out. Fit my needs.

Located near downtown Plano bars/shops and the light rail for trips into Dallas. Room was fine, breakfast was basic but good enough. Really all I was looking for. Would recommend for solo travelers who need a cheap place to stay near Dallas.

Breakfast can be better.. comparing with other hotels. there were less number of items in the breakfast buffet. I missed 2 phone chargers (1android and 1 iPhone) in the room. i went back to hotel front desk next day, got the android one back but not the iPhone one. :(
Location is good, having connectivity with good neighborhood. Cleanliness was good. Staff was courteous. no issue with parking. check-in and check-out process was smooth.

The A/C was by the window and would go on and off. Didn't really cool room for people sleeping on other side of the room. The room was cool, but when the a/c would shut off would get warmer quickly.
everything was great, the breakfast was good, loved the waffels. The room was comfortable.

Layout of room is not good for in room dining. Bathroom has no fan to reduce humidity. Desk chair is too small.
Clean,quite,comfortable,staff was friendly. Hard to beat for price.

elevator is old and they can add more variety into the breakfast. breakfast lady was little upset when people showed up at 8:50am. she tried to locked up the door on them

The woman responsible for the breakfast room, who did a great job, closed the access door 5-10 minutes early each morning when the buffet was scheduled to end. Thankfully, I arrived early enough each day that it didn't become an issue for me.
Hotel looks new, inside and out, and was spotless.

Cable, bed and smell of place. Felt dirty
I requested 1st floor, when I checked in they told me they only had suite on 2 nd floor, we went up to room it smells dirty, carpet walking to room was stained. We requested another room that was a downgrade on the first floor, cable kept cutting out, bed was hard. We left a day early on Saturday at 4:30 pm instead of staying until Sunday. When you walk in it smells like spray fresher is used to cover smell

The customer service was horrible. When I checked in I had traveled for about 5 hours in a vehicle that had smoke in it. The person at the front desk told me if he was offended by the way I smell, then the guests will be offended, and this might not be the hotel for me. I smoke and had had one prior to coming in to check in. I told him if provided, I would wear gloves when I went outside to smoke to keep from offending other guests. After going outside I noticed signs that said must smoke 25 ft from door, and I noticed ashtrays outside. He offended me so bad, and I will never stay at this hotel again if this is how the employees are allowed to speak to guests like this. He also told me that I could not speak to the manager as he was out of town, so I could not speak to his supervisor about this issue.
