I used their gym facilities and the treadmill belt was loose, told the young man at the desk they need to put that piece of equipment out of service and get that fixed. He rolled his eyes at me and said in the kindest voice" I understand sir we'll get that taken care of." I went back and finished my workout. The next morning I went back for more abuse. The treadmill was still at the same incline I tried to use still plugged in and still loose. I went downstairs to express my concern about the matter. I got another eye roll so I added it's going to seriously hurt someone. Went back in the afternoon still unfolded and plugged in. The maids were cleaning next door so I told her. Then left. Maybe she did Something?????

The breakfast was terrible The person at the front desk was nice but need to take a shower and put deodorant.. Body smell was overpowering

The halls smelled bad and were poorly lit. The carpet was damp. Didn’t have a tv remote. Didn’t feel safe. I was glad I had my stun gun.

Customer service and threats of extra charges

Property staff are very rude walked into room smelling like mildew and musk Cleaned up after ourselves completely and now being threatened with extra charges. Very unprofessional

This hôtels are a scammer. They charged me for 50$ the said that i burned a blanket wich i was surprised becoz its from the beginning in générale stay away from indian manager hotel. My experience. Is very bad with them

The first room we enter into we move the blankets the blankets were not washed they covered it with the sheets. We had to change rooms because they did not have any spare linens to just change the bed. We had to move three rooms and then the fourth rooms was the room that we ended up staying in but the AC did not work properly.

The location, waffles, The front desk person did try to help and was accommodating to resolve the problem.

Carpet was old and dirty throughout facility and was awful in room. It was bad enough that you could feel texture change on the same piece of carpet. It felt gross and clumpy. I noticed Maintenance (mainly for cosmetic) had been neglected in a fair amount of areas.

The breakfast staff was extremely rude. They need to be trained on how to treat guests. I wouldn't stay there again for that alone.

The room wasn’t completely clean, with pet hair on the couch. Car alarms going off all night. Light fixture held together by a zip-tie. Continental breakfast offered no eggs or meat, just waffles, toast, and cereal. Pillows were uncomfortable.

The staff was friendly and attentive. Easy parking. Bed was comfortable.
