It’s was great hotel for great price . No vending machines , and everything in the little store they have is expensive. I never got back my $25 deposit though and I don’t really know why

Noisy. We were near the I e machine and the elevator and the other rooms doors were very loud when they closed.

The rooms are very nice, updated and clean. The bagel bar was nice as well. Patty at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Great ocean view as well.

Door lock broke within minutes but was fixed and replace with good locks next day. Breakfast wasn’t that good, I can go to comfort suites and get a better breakfast, the had a good one when it was best western. They used to have waffles eggs a sausages toast and pastry but spark is cheap and doesn’t give you much. You have to pay $10.00 a night for parking and when it was best western nothing. Had to work around painters outside and was inconvenient. Last year had an over spray on are truck and had to buff it out last year. Television had no channel numbers and was hard to find a station so you had to scroll through all to find what you wanted.

The hotel is undergoing MAYOR renovation, the noice was unbearable. The dust all over the place but the worst part was the elevators, there was only one elevator working and the crew in charge of the renovations where using it all the time, so it took forever to get u and down

The rooms could use a microwave and coffee pot, which were not provided. The bagel breakfast was marginal. We were charged $10 a night for parking even though we were Hilton Honors members the hotel was under remodeling, therefore outside of our room, and the front office, The hotel was pretty rough.

Ocean view/ beach. It was cold when we were there so we didn’t get to use the beach, but the view from the room was excellent. The room we had had just been remodeled. I think we may have been the first people to use it. So it was very clean And nice. We were upgraded from an ocean view to a full on ocean view.

There is no coffee maker or microwave in the room. Even the cheap hotels have that available. I am allergic to gluten and all they had were bagels. Hilton says eat a small yogurt and have a nice stay and change you ridiculous prices for one night, then charge you to park your car! for the price of the room I could have gone to a Best Western, a Fairfield, or a comfort suites or many others and got eggs, sausage, with a yogurt and banana and I would have even made a waffle for my husband! Guest love to be treated like family, not just make a bed for them. We will be looking for our home away from home beyond this hotel even if it is at a different beach in Florida.

The beach view and we love the staff Patty and Jackie. I waited until the Hilton so called breakfast was served, just to get coffee.

Charging an additional amount for parking in their property , limited snack or convenience area , didn’t put the coffee back out after breakfast . Had a hard time getting the sheets and pillows for the fold out couch from the front desk (took a while )
