We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI booked 2 rooms at this hotel on bookings at a guaranteed rate. When I got to the hotel they charged me over $50 more per room. When I showed them the price with taxes and fees in my app they just said well there isn’t anything I can do. I book my hotels through bookings all the time and have never had a hotel charge me a completely different price. This hotel was not worth what they charged me either.

United Statesit took over two hours to check in I had to go get a whole Nother card. The staff follow me and my friends around the hotel. Every time we walked in they followed us to our rooms. The breakfast bar was disgusting. Everyone looked at us as in shock like we were not supposed to be there I had my room door opened about four times during the whole night. I’m not sure why there was ants on the bed. There was a hole in the wall with ants coming out of them this week was not as sweet. There is no microwave or stove and neither unit so we’ll have to go out to the front desk to get any hot food when my food that I ordered arrived, they did not allow them to bring it to me or come into the hotel I had to go out there to meet them. It’s 32° outside. The staff was disgusting the attitude, the eye rolling that it was disgusting.

United StatesBooking.com put me in a handicapped room when I did not reserve a handicapped room. Per the Spark staff, they told me Booking.com put me next to the elevator shaft , ice making machine and coffee bar and when I requested to change my room location I was told there was nothing they could do. It was pretty noisy and I don’t think I’ll use booking.com again. This is the 2nd booking in a row through booking.com that was subpar. Very disappointed!!

United StatesWe arrived on Wednesday night, and the first two nights were pleasant. The hotel only services rooms every other day, which wasn’t an issue for us since I’m very neat. However, things took a turn for the worse on Friday night when a large group of parents and their daughters arrived. We later found out that they stay here regularly during hockey season. Since we were visiting family, we would leave early in the day and come back to the hotel in the evening, hoping to unwind and rest for the next day. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. When we returned Friday evening, the girls were playing hockey in the hallway on our floor, and the parents were celebrating with drinks and loud cheers—right outside our room. Around 8 p.m., I called the hotel manager to ask if they could move their gathering to a more appropriate location. To my surprise, the manager suggested that I ask them to quiet down. I didn’t think it was my responsibility, but the manager eventually spoke to them. After that, it was quiet for about 15 minutes—until the girls came back into the hallway, laughing and talking loudly. It became impossible to have a conversation with my husband inside our room over all the noise. At 11:30 p.m., still unable to sleep, I decided to open the door and firmly tell the girls to go inside their rooms and respect other guests. I told them people were trying to sleep. The next morning, I woke up exhausted and irritated. Thankfully, it was Sunday, and the group was leaving. Unfortunately, on our final night, new guests checked in, and I could hear their TV through the walls. Whether they had it on too loud or the hotel needs better insulation, I’m not sure—but either way, it was disruptive. I usually stay at Marriott hotels, but since there wasn’t one close to where my family lives, I decided to try this Hilton. After this experience, I’ll think twice before booking a Hilton hotel again. It wasn’t just the noise that left a bad impression—can not complete full review.
