Could hear other rooms music blasting at 6:30AM but no other complaints.
The breakfast was great and had a variety, the pool and bar were fun to hang out at. The free shuttle is great as well for a quick ride to the beach.

The remote for the television was partially broken. You could still use it but you had to hold the batteries in place.
Breakfast was very good. The room was nice and the beds were very comfortable.

The room carpet wasn’t to clean and during breakfast an older lady staff member wasn’t very pleasant with guest.
The property was well located to everything I needed to access. The staff was nice and helpful.

Fresh water dispenser did not work in breakfast area so we had to get our own. Rooms and beds too small.

Rooms had a distinct odor, sort of old. They need to smell fresh and clean. Bed was a bit hard, I was surprised.
Breakfast is always pretty good . The creamers though were sour (half n half).

We got stuck in the elevator and locked out of our room. Was not fun. I told the front desk about it and they said they would put an out of order sign up but never did
I loved the closeness to the beach and the breakfast.

Only thing I didn’t like was no grab bars getting in/out tub. I’m in my 70 s and have limited mobility climbing over a tub. But by using the Towel bar holder I was ok.
Breakfast was good with enough of a variety. I like oat meal and yours was very good. Toasted bagel with cream cheese oh yes Pool area was clean and so was lobby. Front desk staff were So friendly and answered many questions.

The swimming pool looked hazy...I guess it needed more chlorine. As I have dialysis holes in my arm, I wasn't going to risk getting a germ from the water. Our sink was badly blocked. Reception sent someone up immediately but the next morning, it was starting to slow down again. The plug itself was broken.
The staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was a nice surprise...very varied with nice biscuits & gravy! The bed (King), was very comfortable and the pillows really perfect. The swimming pool bar was very relaxed and pleasant. Parking was great...we were right outside the door. I have very few negatives.

Parking was a bit crowded.
The breakfast was good especially the coffee, however, it seemed the eggs were frozen and microwaved and were not good. Scarmbled would have been better.

The bar by the pool was only open once when we were there, which considering the amount of people round the pool was surprising, I think they'd have made money. The bar lady was somewhat brusque too. Breakfast was medicore (but that's just me, because I don't like an American breakfast)..but bagels were good, as was the coffee. I didn't like the fact that Booking.com don't mention the $30 per night ($120 for our 4 night stay) that the hotel take off you, incase you buy drinks etc it's refunded after. That should be in the description. Also the exchange rate used is debatable.
The hotel was a no frills place to sleep. The pool was quite nice, the room had everything you needed- hair dryer, iron and ironing board, a massive comfy bed, large tv and a coffee machine. It was clean. Coffee and filtered water availability 24/7 is good.
