Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

the room was not clean, we got samples of perfumes on the floor, also the bathtubs were covered and the microwave did not work, also as soon as we arrived we left the suitcases and went out to eat and when we returned someone had entered the room without prior authorization because they wrote to us a note that said exactly "Jaguar you" maybe they thought that because we were Latinos we were fools who didn't understand English. The good thing was that nothing was stolen from us. We do not know why they entered. It seems to me that there are newer hotels with better prices. this is just an ok
the location is very good, it is close to the beach and places of food and shopping

The pillows were very flat.
Location was great. Less than 10 minutes from beach parking. The afternoon cookies were great and breakfast was good.

no shower curtain ( they had to bring one) knew we had three people in our room- only gave us towels for two(they brought more) premises outside was crawling with ants- pool, parking lot- everywhere

Our room smelled like a pot party had happened just before us arriving!! IT WAS EXTREMELY OVERPOWERING!! ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS! We had to vacate the room for an hour. at 9pm-with two young children!!!, for them to bring in an ozone (?) machine. VERY DISAPPOINTING! Also, one of our sinks did not drain.
Breakfast was great!! Staff very attentive and pleasant. Pool and pool bar/entertainment were good.

Really wasn’t very “walkable” like others had said it was. Can’t really cross the route there to get across the street. Breakfast was just eh, acceptable, and the room was pretty outdated
The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the pool and patio were very nice and relaxing, and it was nice having the hotel shuttle to get to and from places in siesta key.

That you hug ad to actually ask them to make your bed. When I go away I want to come back to a clean room without having to ask.
The breakfast was nice. I called the front desk abs asked questions several times before the trip and they were very patient. The bar tenders near the pool were very nice.

The only negative is the elevator is outside and from pool users to beach goers it is very sticky and humid feeling.
it is located perfect for family spending a vacation in the area, or for business travel with everything so close by.

Checking in was a hassle. The staff didn't like that we booked through booking.com. Blamed your web site for not having the correct room available. Told us to never use booking.com, go through their website

Rooms are small and basic as was breakfast (plastic cutlery and plates!).
Pool and pool bar were lovely and Bert the Barman was really friendly. Also had live music. Restaurants walkable (we went to Longhorn).
