The room was really nice and it had a nice refrigerator but the room didn’t have a microwave in it. I had to go to the lobby to use a microwave. All the other hotels I have stayed at, have a microwave in them. This is the first hotel that didn’t have one.

The room was really nice and clean. It was also big. The walk in shower was also nice. The pool area was excellent. The bar at the pool is great. Everything was clean from all throughout the building to the grounds being taken care of. The staff was very nice and helpful.

no coffee in the room or microwave. Website mentions complimentary breakfast, should have stated continental. Would have liked the same breakfast as other Hilton hotels. Needs to have better pillows are at least a variety of pillows. Did not have hot water for 3 days. Still waiting for reimbursement.

Ad said free breakfast and there were some bagels. Rooms were dirty, no towels and say staff was rude. I waited too long in the lobby while they were chatting to check in. No hot water either and NOT close to the beach. I was so disappointed.This hotel should be removed from the Hilton portfolio. VERY BAD. Everything was subpar.

Had two major issues with the hot water. The first was that some rooms weren't getting any. They told us to leave it running for a long time and that seemed to help. It did help for the sink. The temperature control lever for the shower/tub was broken. I told them about it before going out for the day. When I returned, they hadn't looked at it. When I went back to the lobby to complain, they told me again to just run the water. I told them again that it was an issue with the valve. They sent someone to the room who confirmed that the valve was broken and that I should just try turning it carefully. My shower that night was cool and shocking to my body.

Bagel bar for breakfast was ridiculous. We paid for a free breakfast. Didn't even have bread to make toast. We stayed last June when it was Best Western. Breakfast was fantastic. I expected at least the same from a Hilton. AC unit was sporadic/loud. Jacuzzi jets barely worked. Price per night was quite a bit higher than when it was a Best Western
